About the Extension
With the extension "Forms" you can create individual forms for your store. You can name the required form fields individually.
As soon as a customer has filled out and completed a form, an email is sent with the information from the form. So you get all the information you need immediately.
Optionally, you can define in the configuration of the extension that each submitted form is saved in its own database table, which is created by the app. This allows you to read out the saved requests, for example to carry out analysis or to send the data via API from third-party systems for further processing.
