The app "Questions and answers to the product" for Shopware 6 enables you to communicate publicly with your customers.

For this purpose, the product detail page is extended by the "Questions and answers" area. This additional area serves the direct clarification of questions. Through public communication, not only the customer asking the question receives additional information about the product, but also all customers who are interested in this product. 

Your public answers to the questions asked can reduce the number of support requests regarding your products as well as cancellations and returns.
