Filter extension for weight, height, width and length

About the Extension

In your online shop, you can already specify the height, width, length and weight of your item. However, this information is only displayed on the details page. With this extension, this information is now integrated as a product filter on the category page.

You can optionally select which filters (height, width, length or weight) should also be displayed as filters in the categories. This means that only the additional filters that your customers really need in the category are displayed. The filters can be activated via the settings of the CMS element "product-listing". You use the layout of the respective category to activate which filters should be displayed in the category. This allows you to define the filters for the categories individually.

The extension also offers you the option of simply hiding existing filters, such as price. This allows you to customise your product filter.

If the option "Convert weight calculation to grams instead of kilograms" is activated, the weight details are automatically converted to "grams". This refines the weight information and makes it easier to filter granular weight information. By activating further options, it is possible to define the conversion from millimetres to centimetres for the height, width and length.

Further information

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.

Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Support
Our support team is happy to help! Please submit your support request via your Shopware account.
Please check the following in advance:

• Latest version of the extension installed
• Valid rental licence
• Error also occurs in the standard theme
• Third-party extensions are deactivated
• No custom code modifications to the extension

For the analysis, we require:

• Unrestricted admin access
• Additional SSH or database access, if necessary

Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Trial version
