About the Facebook Chat
With the Facebook Chat plugin (formerly known as Facebook Customer Chat plugin) of the Facebook Messenger platform, you can integrate your Messenger experience directly into your website. This allows customers to communicate with your business at any time through the same personalized and engaging experiences they are used to with Messenger.

With our extension you can easily and quickly integrate the Facebook Chat into your shop. There is only one requirement: a Facebook fan page with administrative access.
Our extension offers you

- configuring the color of the chat
- the configuration of the welcome text
- the configuration of the display mode and the display delay
Prerequisites
To integrate the Facebook Chat you need a Facebook fan page with administrative access. All setup steps are provided in the installation instructions.
