Sales of non-integer units, e.g. 0.5 meter - stock is then maintained in decimeters
If the same articles with the same standard size (e.g. 1 meter) are placed in the shopping basket one after the other, these articles are combined into one article with several positions in the shopping basket
Selected unit appears in the shopping cart, in the account, on the order overview page, order confirmation and all documents (invoices, credit note etc.)

Definition of the permitted order range (e.g. from 0.5 to 4 m or from 100 to 450 mm or 0.4 to 3 t)
Definition of the step size, e.g. only in 0.5 meter or 0.1 ton steps
Definition of the preselected default value (e.g. 1 meter)

Wir nutzen das Meterware-Plugin nun schon mehrere Monate und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Es tut, was es soll. Die Konfiguration ist verständlich. Auch nach mehreren Update-Runden läuft das Plugin im Zusammenspiel mit unseren anderen Plugins und individuellen Anpassungen am Shopware-System zuverlässig. Bei Nachfragen hilft der Support schnell und kompetent!

Das Plugin erlaubt es unseren Kunden endlich ausgewählte Artikel auf Wunschmaß bestellen zu können. Die Einrichtung ist simpel und Änderungswünsche wurden vom schnellen und freundlichen perfekt umgesetzt. So ist es nun auch möglich die Versandmethode entsprechend der angegebenen Länge zu bestimmen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Erweiterung funktioniert genau, wie wir es für unseren Shop brauchen. Wir hatten einen Bug, der Support hat noch am selben Tag ein Update gemacht, wir haben es aktualisiert und es ging einwandfrei.
- Gute Einstellungsmöglichkeit durch Eigene Preisformeln möglich. - Sehr gut im Frontend aufgebaut, da Kunden gleich sehen können, wie der Preis sich berechnet und welche Schritte für die Größen möglich sind.
- Funktioniert auf Anhieb auch mit Variablen.

Das Plugin ist nahtlos im SW6 Backend integriert. Eigene Preisformeln für konfigurierbare Artikel möglich, die wir für Keilrahmen oder Schattenfugenrahmen nutzen. Mit Hilfe von Bedingungen und Aufschlägen lassen sich z. B. Sperrgutzuschläge berechnen. Sehr guter Support bei neonlines!

Erfüllt bestens seinen Zweck. In Kombination mit dem Rule Builder kann man auch die Versandkosten gut individualisieren. Support war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend.

Installation & Configuration

Install plugin via plugin store
Activation of the feature per article by selecting the checkbox "Is unit article" in the additional field area of an article
The article can be configured in the tab "Configuration Unit-Article":
Description - e.g. length, height, volume. Appears everywhere where the selected unit of measurement is displayed as description.
Unit of measurement - e.g. m, kg, t, cm, mm
Min. Unit and Max. Unit - so you can define that only goods between 1 and 6 meters can be bought. Decimal numbers are possible, e.g. 0.5 to 4.6 meters
Step size - defines the allowed intermediate steps. If goods are only to be sold in 0.5 meter steps, a step size of 0.5 can be entered here
Default value - the value that is displayed as a preselection when the product detail page is opened. Must be within the allowed range and fit the step size
Base Unit - This value must be equal to the value of the item price. If, for example, yard goods are sold and the price stored in the article refers to 1 m, 1 must be entered here
Do not calculate prices - If checked, the item price is NOT calculated based on the selected unit. Useful if the unit is only to be transferred as a measurement unit, but this specification does not affect the item price.
Excluded steps - In order not to sell unprofitable lengths, for example, you can enter values here, separated by commas, that cannot be bought

Insert unit details in invoice, delivery note, credit note

The plugin automatically inserts the selected unit into all documents. If, due to other plugins or theme customizations, the unit information does not appear in the PDF documents, the templates themselves can be extended:

Insert unit information into e-mail template

When installing the plugin, a sample mail template is automatically created. This extends the standard template of the order confirmation. Name of the template: Order confirmation (with unit article)
