With the EasyCouponPOS you expand EasyCoupon with functions that make it very easy to manage the vouchers directly at the point of sale. Whether in a shop, in a restaurant or in an event location: The employees on site can now handle vouchers from customers for your offer much faster and more conveniently.
EasyCouponPOS extends the EasyCoupon plugin family
With EasyCoupon you already have the perfect basis for coupon creation and administration, because with the integrated API it is already possible to connect a cash register system to the shop via API and thus create and query vouchers. However, there are cash registers that do not allow API integration. EasyCouponPos was developed for this requirement.
The cashiers can now use a simple interface to create vouchers themselves, query the value, redeem them and book them - as required!
Secure voucher handling with PIN and IP address
The easy-to-use front end is secured by a user name with a password and optionally even by an IP address. If vouchers are to be created, redeemed or booked, your cashier only needs his individual PIN and can enter a cash register transaction number in the optional reference field to create a later reference - done!
Assignment of roles, rights and locations for voucher management
You can also configure the rights of the voucher management individually for your employees: You can assign them special roles and rights to view, edit, create or delete vouchers. If employees leave, you can simply deactivate them in the Shopware administration. In addition, you can, for example, assign design templates for the vouchers to specific locations so that the text appropriate to the respective location appears everywhere.
EasyCouponPOS connects online and offline shop
Whether online or in store: EasyCouponPos combines both sales channels. Your customers can buy the vouchers from you on site and redeem them online - and vice versa, i.e. purchase them online and redeem them directly at the POS in your branch. You can also give the vouchers to the customer in exchange for returned goods, quite simply and without much effort. This makes voucher handling with EasyCouponPOS even easier for you, your employees and your customers!

Compatibility
Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

To process your request as quickly as possible, please ensure that:
- The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
- You have a valid rental or subscription license
- The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
- No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
- You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information
In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.
