FlexImport – Automated CSV Import for Shopware 6
The extension automatically downloads CSV files from an FTP server at custom intervals and imports them directly via the appropriate import profile of the Shopware Import/Export module. Whether inventory levels, product data, or individual information – any CSV file can be processed as long as a corresponding import profile is available.
Typical Use Case
A CSV file with current inventory data for your items is located on an FTP server. FlexImport automatically retrieves this file and imports the data directly into your shop. The entire process runs fully automatically in the background.
Flexible Configuration with the Flow Builder
Thanks to the integration into the Shopware Flow Builder, you can control the import process according to your needs. In addition, the plugin uses the proven import profiles of the Shopware Import/Export module, so you can easily continue using existing settings.

Compatibility
Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

- The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
- You have a valid rental or subscription license
- The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
- No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
- You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information
In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.
