In Shopware Standard, the customer usually receives all transaction emails, such as the order confirmation or the payment status. However, especially in the B2B sector, several departments are usually involved, such as the warehouse or accounting. When and where items are delivered is important for warehouse management, for example. Payment information such as invoices, on the other hand, must end up in the accounting department. For your customer, this means that transaction emails usually have to be forwarded in a cumbersome way or, for example, invoices have to be requested to be sent to the accounting department. This costs a lot of time.
The right information to the right people
With the NotificationHandler plugin, precisely this targeted distribution of information is now very simple: with the new notification management, e-mail addresses can be stored directly with the order or registration, which should additionally receive information about order status, delivery status and payment status. This way, the various responsible persons or departments immediately receive the mail with the information they need.
Inform directly, save time and effort
The advantage: The time-consuming downloading and forwarding of invoice PDFs, for example, or an extra info to the warehouse about delivery dates can simply be saved with the NotificationHandler plugin. This makes order workflows lean, transparent and fast.

Compatibility
If the functionalities are not mutually exclusive, we can ensure that this plugin is compatible with all of our own plugins. Compatibility with third-party plugins, for which For example, we cannot guarantee that Shopware's premium plugins count. If there are any problems, our support will be happy to help you. Of course, we keep our plugins compatible with a new Shopware version. Here we refer to the Shopware Community Edition with Standard Responsive Theme.
