About the Extension

This plugin is designed for stores with a large number of products where prices and quantities change frequently. Instead of opening each product and changing the price, stock, status, manufacurer, media, name, description and many other attributes, this plugin will give the possibility to update them directly from the product list.

Installation

The plugin can easily be installed via the Shopware Plugin Manager in Extensions -> My extensions

How to use

After installation and activation go to the plugin's configuration to customize its settings. Next you can open the list of products in Catalogues -> Products where you will find the following additional features:

After you click on the button List settings you can:
- Active the option Auto v-scroll by mouse position. This feature can be useful if you have enabled more columns to automatically scroll them in vertical via mouse position
- Below, in the list of columns, you can enable additional columns: EAN, MPN, width, height, length, weight
To open the popup and start detailed editing of the selected value, hover the cursor over the column (if this feature is available, in its upper left corner you will see an additional icon), then press and hold CTRL button and click the left mouse button.

This feature is available for the following columns:
- General information (Name, Description)
- Media (to open a popup, hover the cursor over the thumbnail, then press and hold CTRL button and click the left mouse button)
- Main product's price
- In stock
- Width
- Height
- Length
- Weight
However please note, that the ability to edit the width, height, length and weight is available only for physical products
If you have enabled the visibility of the column with the main price of the product, after starting the edition you will see two fields with the net and gross price

If you have selected the mode Edit with single click, you will be able to start editing the selected row with a single click on it, otherwise you will need to click twice. However please note that the column "Name" always requires a double click to start editing.

Configuration

After installing the plugin, click the context menu button to go to its configuration where you can customize the following options.

You can choose between two modes:
- Edit with single click - after selecting this option you will be able to start editing a table's row by clicking once on any column (except for the column "Name" which always requires a double click)
- Edit with double click - this is the default inline-editing mode in Shopware
Save changes after pressing ENTER or cancel editing by pressing ESC - after activating this option, changes will be saved when you click ENTER while editing a row or editing will be canceled when you click ESCAPE
Auto confirmation when going to edit another row - after activating this option, you don't need to click the button SAVE or ENTER. To save the changes just go to edit another row. In this mode, notifications about saved changes are not displayed because this would make editing difficult

Important notes:

Please note that the plugin works only in the administration panel, so the "Sales Channel" field is not applicable and all options will always be common for all "Sales Channel"
If you have changed the plugin configuration and do not see your changes, please go to Settings -> System -> Caches & indexes -> and click the button Clear caches
