Hallo, das Plugin ist bei uns ohne Probleme im Einsatz, die Kunden nehmen es an; das Update auf 7.0 (SW 6.4) verlief reibungslos.
Der Entwicklung und der Support wurde ab Aug / Sep 23 wieder von onlineshop.consulting übernommen, diese hatten ja schon bei SW5 sehr gute Arbeit gemacht. Das war für mich eine erfreuliche Nachricht. Updates bei diesem Plugin sehe ich nun gelassen entgegen; für den Fall der Fälle weiß ich, dass der Support funktioniert.
Der Entwicklung und der Support wurde ab Aug / Sep 23 wieder von onlineshop.consulting übernommen, diese hatten ja schon bei SW5 sehr gute Arbeit gemacht. Das war für mich eine erfreuliche Nachricht. Mit Freuden haben wir festgestellt, dass das Plugin jetzt von onlineshop.consulting weiterentwickelt wird.
Wir hofften auf ähnlich gute Erfahrungen wie bei dem SW-5 Plugin und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Die Installation ging leicht von der Hand und ist super dokumentiert.
Eine kleine Nachfrage bei der Installation konnte mit dem Support schnell geklärt werden.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Updates genauso reibungslos laufen wie in Shopware 5. AmazonPay erfreut sich bei uns immer größerer Beliebtheit, von daher ist es umso beruhigender, dass das Plugin stabil läuft.
Wir hofften auf ähnlich gute Erfahrungen wie bei dem SW-5 Plugin und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Das alte Plugin für SW5 hatte einen derartig schlechten Ruf, was Fehler und Inkompatibilitäten betraf, dass ich mich lange gesträubt habe Amazon Pay zu testen. Umso positiver war ich daher von diesem neuen Plugin für SW6 überrascht. Von der Installation, über die Konfiguration bis zum Betrieb funktioniert alles fehlerfrei und und nach Anleitung einfach einzurichten. Es wird zudem wirklich gerne von den Kunden genutzt.
Ich kann es daher jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Das Plugin macht was es soll.
Der Service vom Hersteller ist jedoch wirklich erwähnenswert. Anfragen wurden nicht nur sehr schnell, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet, es wurden auch individuelle Anpassungen unter dem Motto "gute Idee" genauso schnell und kompetent umgesetzt. Ein solch herausragendes Engagement habe ich in dieser Form bislang nur bei einem anderen Plugin-Hersteller erlebt. Also bitte weiter so :-) vielen Dank!
