Description

With the official DHL Extension for Shopware you create DHL shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware administration with just two clicks. The DHL Extension connects your online shop directly with your account in the DHL Business Customer Portal, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the administration as a PDF and printed directly. Incorrect shipping labels can be easily canceled from the Shopware administration.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware administration.

Requirements for using this extension

Access to the DHL Business Customer Portal, activation of shipping processing and billing numbers for the desired DHL products (Paket / Paket International / Euro Paket / Paket Taggleich). You can easily sign up for a contract starting at 200 national and/or international parcels per year here.

Go-Live ist abhängig davon

Auch mir geht es leider wie vielen anderen Bewertern, mein GoLive ist mehr oder weniger davon abhängig. Einerseits ist es natürlich schade, dass Updates immer so lange benötigen, andererseits wird es uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Dennoch kann ich leider nur mit einem Stern bewerten, da ich bisher nicht in der Lage war, die Erweiterung in meinem Shop zu testen. Wird natürlich nach Update und Test entsprechend angepasst.

Ergänzung: Leider auch nach einer Woche noch keinerlei Reaktion des Entwicklers. Das finde ich etwas schwach, und den Kunden gegenüber, die darauf sngewiesen sind, auch etwas respektlos. Ich denke, was den Bewertungsabschnitt Support angeht, kann ich hier auch zukünftig nicht mehr als den verpflichtenden einen Stern geben.

Sehr nützliches Plugin und für die meisten wohl unverzichtbar.
Leider funktioniert seit dem Update auf die aktuelle Version 2.6.1 die Option "Unterschrift durch Empfänger" nicht mehr. Das Erstellen von Versandetiketten ist nicht möglich, hat vor dem Update noch funktioniert.

Mal sehen, was das nächste Update bringt...

Vermisse nur das Feature aus SW5, das man ein Datum für das Label angeben kann (an dem es dann auch erst bei DHL durch den Tagesabschluss geht und für den Kunden in seiner DHL App sichtbar wird).

Wir drucken z.B. auch die Labels für Vorkasse-Bestellungen sofort und richten die Bestellung her - ist aber schöner, wenn der Kunde in dem Fall (über seine DHL App) Abends noch keine Benachrichtigung bekommt, das ein Label erstellt wurde.

Das Plugin an sich ist in Ordnung aber besonders nach Security Updates muss unbedingt schneller daran gearbeitet werden die Kompatibilität zu aktualisieren. Security Updates müssen sofort gemacht werden. Da will man nicht tagelang darauf warten das im Plugin die Kompatibilität bestätigt wird.

Super funktionierende App, selbst der Mehrpakete Druck funktioniert. Jedoch gib es einen Makel. Die App ist nur für DHL Paket nutzbar. Wir würden es sehr begrüßen, wenn es auch für DHL Express nutzbar wäre. Oder eine separates Plugin geben würde. Gruß und weiterhin frohe Ostern David Engel

Nur wenn die Bestellungen von keinen Admin erfolgen, dann erhalten wir diese Fehler:

Dieses Feature kannst du zukünftig nutzen, um nach der Erstellung mehrere Etiketten auf einmal über deinen Computer zu drucken. Einen genauen Termin gibt es bisher leider nicht, aber unser Entwicklerteam arbeitet bereits an der Umsetzung.

Pickware hat auf meinen Hilferuf umgehend reagiert und hat das Plugin kostenlos wieder Instandgesetzt. Dafür 5 Sterne!
Einige Mankos bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich allerdings noch!
1. Wenn die Kundenemail an DHL übermittelt wird, muss das der Besteller im Bestellprozess bestätigen! Dies gibt es bei SW 6 nicht!
2. Die Trackingnummer wird zwar im Backend gespeichert aber nicht per Mail an den Kunden versendet.

Ganz brauchbar, mit einem großen Manko

So weit funktioniert das Modul recht gut, mit einer großen Ausnahme:

Gibt der Kunde im Feld "Straße" mehrere Dinge ein, z.b. durch fehlerhafte Auto-Completion, dann wird immer nur die letzte Information verwendet. Beispiel: Steht im Feld Straße "Hauptstraße 1, 68168 Mannheim", so wird "68168 Mannheim" als Straße übernommen. Dies hat zur Folge, daß Sendungen nicht ausgeliefert werden können. Das sollte dringend geändert werden, da eine manuelle Überprüfung jeder Lieferadresse erheblichen Zeitaufwand zur Folge hätte.

Eine Funktion fehlt allerdings noch: Sobald ein Versandschein erstellt wurde, sollte der Status des Versandes optional auf "Versendet" gesetzt werden. Ansonsten alles bestens!
