Do you need additional rights restrictions, as you know them from the extension VIO.B2B Login? - For example, should representatives only be allowed to perform certain store tasks? This extension takes care of this task for you in your Shopware 6 store!

With the help of the Shopware 6 extension Vertreter Login you can create representatives who can log in to the store as customers with their own login. With the help of the VIO.Extension B2B Representative Rights, available here, you can now assign rights to these representatives by treating them like an employee of the customer. Thus, as a store customer, they can create their own employee for the representative and then assign them to the representative.

Practical example: You don't want a representative to have insight into your customer data or to be allowed to change it? Then assign an employee profile to the representative, who has no rights to view or edit customer addresses.

The extension is flexible: only if necessary you switch to the employee level to use authorization profiles. So a substitute can be assigned in parallel both customers, in whose login he has full rights (like the customer himself), and customers, in which he is assigned authorization profiles on an employee basis.

As soon as a customer employee is assigned to the substitute, logging in as a customer is no longer possible. Full rights are therefore (only) granted via an employee profile that has to be created accordingly.

To use the app, please purchase and install the following two apps first:

Then, as a store operator, you can assign to your representatives not only customers, but also directly an employee of the customers (created directly for this purpose, if necessary)

Configuration notes:

as store owner create substitute in the administration in the area "customers" -> "substitute" (functionality from the extension substitute login! - please note the further hints in the installation instructions of the extension)
To use the employee profiles with their authorization profile, at least 1 employee profile must be created for the customer - this can be done by the store operator, or by the customer himself in his store account. (Shop administration "Customers" -> "Customers Employees" or customer account "My account" -> "Employees).

Assign an employee authorization profile to a substitute:

Call up substitute administration (Shop administration "Customers" -> "Substitute"), select customers from whose employees the substitute is to be assigned a profile.
Of course, the store owner can only assign employee profiles to the substitute from among the customers assigned to him.
