About the Extension

+++ This plugin is a basic module. It requires at least one Order Import Connector from Coolbax ( Amazon, eBay, Hood, Idealo, Rakuten, Real, Yatego) +++

External order management - e.g. For Amazon, eBay etc.

No matter which external orders - Amazon, eBay, Hood,Idealo,Rakuten, Real, Yatego etc. - are to be imported into your system, using the "external order management" and at least one extension import all orders into your system and give you An optimal overview. Data such as:

Account / Marketplace
time
External order number
Shop order number
Sum
First and last name of the customer
Current order status
Current transfer status to the external account / marketplaces

are displayed clearly and structured in the overview of external orders and can be filtered. Further detailed information about the orders (for example, invoice and delivery address) can be called up by clicking. This is by no means all that. Orders can not only be imported automatically. If, for example, you think that an order is to be brought into the system manually, e.g. Because you want to send them immediately, you can do this by clicking the button "Import new orders" on the left side and the external order number (which you find in your account / marketplace).

The modular design allows you to extend the plug-in at any time, optimize your workflows and open up additional sales channels.

Correct afterwards

You have the option of changing order data in external order management. If your customer has changed the delivery or invoice address, you can also do this here. It is also possible to postprocess in case of transmission errors or missing customer data, without loss of the order. Deleting orders is also possible.

Automatically adjust shipping status manually or automatically

The matching of the shipping status takes place automatically, as with the order import. If you prefer to do this manually, it is not a problem. Using the icon on the right, you can determine the date of the transmission yourself.

From external orders to shop orders

Finally, the order is exported from the external order management into the shopware order management. There, as usual, the orders can be accessed, e.g. To print documents or to have them retrieved by the WaWi.

Wir nutzen dieses Plugin, um unsere externen Bestellungen mit verschiedenen Connectoren (Idealo, Ebay usw.) zu verwalten. Durch die einfache Installation und der geringen Einarbeitungszeit, sind wir in der Lage viele Arbeitsabläufe sofort umzusetzen und zu automatisieren. Jedoch wuchsen unsere Ansprüche im laufenden Betrieb und wir nahmen mit dem Support kontakt auf. Auch hier stellten wir von der ersten Minute an fest, wir arbeiten mit Profis. Nach detaillierter Funktionsbeschreibung unserer Wünsche, wurde vom sehr guten Entwicklerteam in kürzester Zeit eine individuelle Erweiterung für das Plugin "Externe Bestellungen" programmiert. Wer wert auf Zeitersparnis und einen gut erreichbaren Support legt, ist bei der Firma Coolbax und Ihren Erweiterungen in guten Händen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Plugin uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr gute Multichannel Lösung und 1a Support. Sind mit unserer Amazon Schnittstelle an die Grenzen gestoßen - coolbax war die Lösung und half auch bei der Einrichtung! Vielen Dank

Wie woll man das beschreiben, hm. Schwierig, aber machen wir es kurz und schmerzlos: Wir sind begeistert von dem Plugin. Über die Jahre hinweg sind wir leider etwas Magnalister-lastig geworden, dort hatten wir immer guten Support, wenig Dokumentation, aber weitestgehend Funktionalität. Nun aber haben wir mit diesem Plugin, dem Bundle, eine nähere Basis an unserer Technik installieren können, die Imports laufen fehlerfrei, der Support steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und der Preis ist mehr als fair im Hinblick auf die Monatspreise, die schnell (gerade im saisonalen Geschäft) schmerzlich hoch steigen können. Defintiv ein prima Ersatz für uns Magnalister-Treue. Wir waren zwar immer Fans von den freundlichen Jungs aus Berlin, aber wer rastet der rostet und daher können wir jedem dieses Plugin bedenkenslos empfehlen. Wir werden neben Amazon weitere Portale damit anbieten! Gute Arbeit! Kompliment!

Bei der Installation wurden wir hervorragend vom Coolbax Team betreut. Sie waren äußerst geduldig mit mir und halfen sogar dabei grundlegende Probleme, mit unserem Server Provider aus dem Weg zu schaffen. Wir nutzen das Plugin derzeit mit dem kompletten Amazon Paket. "Amazon Bestellimport" und "Amazon Lagerbestandsabgleich" und was soll ich sagen? Nach nur einer Stunde Einarbeitungszeit sind meine Büromädels und ich hin und weg! Auf einmal hat man alle Online Bestellungen auf einen Blick, übersieht nichts mehr und muss sich nie mehr Gedanken über den Lagerbestandsabgleich bei Amazon machen. Über-Verkäufe für die man von der Seller-Central eine auf den Deckel bekommt, gehören somit der Geschichte an. Alles in Allem sind wir wunschlos glücklich mit unseren neuen Helferlein und sparen im Büro über 1/3 der der Zeit bei der Abwicklung unserer Amazon Bestellungen. Das nächste Projekt dass wir mit einer weiteren Coolbax Erweiterung angehen werden ist Google Shopping und ich bin mir sicher, dass auch das ein voller Erfolg wird!

Unsere Fragen bzgl. der Einrichtung der oben genannten Plugins wurden sofort am Telefon & mit TeamViewer Unterstützung durch den netten Coolbax-Mitarbeiter erledigt. Wir haben auch noch das Google Shopping Plugin von Coolbax im Einsatz und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Plugins tun was Sie sollen und arbeiten bisher reibungslos. Die Dokumentation ist ebenfalls super -> Thumps Up liebes Coolbax Team ;)

Wir sind extrem zufrieden mit der Funktionaltät, der wirklich guten Doku, der übersichtlichen und intuitiven Darstellung im Backend, der automatisierung der Prozesse und den vielen, vielen Möglichkeiten, die das Tool in Verbindung mit den Import-Plugins zu den Marktplätzen bietet. Wir sind wirklich sehr glücklich damit und würden es jederzeit anderen Kunden empfehlen. Was wir uns noch wünschen würden, wäre die Möglichkeit mehrere Empfänger für die Debug-Mails eintragen zu können. Ansonsten: Wunderbar & Danke!

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to purchase external order management several times if I want to connect several marketplaces?

No, the external order management only has to be installed and activated once. You can then connect as many marketplaces as you like.

I would like to connect other marketplaces than those offered in the Shopware Store. Is that possible?

Yes, of course it is possible. We can develop your own connection for a respective market place. It is important for this that there is an interface (API) and documentation for the interface. Please do not hesitate to ask at the market place.
