The newly founded AdValue Group GmbH, a joint venture of FIL Bros. Equity Partners and PP Ventures, has acquired the pioneering eMarketing assets. The SaaS solutions from emarketing AG, which have been tried and tested for over ten years, will continue to be offered and continuously improved.
The AdValue products are cloud-based software solutions in the Dynamic Repricing, Google Automated Discounts, Google Shopping, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads segments.
Price comparison data from Google Shopping and Idealo can be provided in the AdValue account. This data forms the basis for Dynamic Repricing - a rule-based pricing solution for Shopware.
Online retailers can link their existing advertising accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads) with AdValue. This results in numerous advantages. The Campaign Manager makes it easy to create PLA campaigns on the linked advertising platforms (e.g. Performance Max for Google and Microsoft) and control and optimize them via a single account.
With Google Automated Discounts, Google's new channel-based repricing is supported by two plugins: The standalone and the connected version. Unlike Dynamic Repricing, the calculated prices are only displayed via Google ads. The reduced prices only apply if a store visitor reaches the store by clicking on an ad on the product detail page. The prices are calculated individually by Google for each store and sometimes even for individual users. In the standalone version, the plugin is used to decode the prices sent by Google and write them to the store frontend. The connected version of the Automated Discounts plugin includes all the functions of the standalone version. The plugin is also connected to an AdValue account, which provides additional functionality.
The AdValue Data Feed Manager is integrated into all accounts and ensures the smooth import of product data from Shopware and its automatic updating. Product data can be edited and optimized to improve the feed quality and thus increase the effectiveness of PLA campaigns.
All of these functions can be used via a single account and are optimally interlinked. AdValue can replace an advertising agency and achieve better results, especially for small and medium-sized retailers. The modular pricing system allows individual adaptation to your own needs. The services booked can be changed at any time.
