About the Extension

With this plugin it is possible to store manufacturers (Catalogues->Manufacturers) as suppliers or to manage your own suppliers (Catalogues->Suppliers) in order to be able to inform them when an order is placed.
When the supplier is informed is determined by means of a status. For example, if you define the order status 'Paid' for this and set this in the order,

then the supplier will be informed about the products in the order for which he is defined as the manufacturer by e-mail.
In the order in the backend, at the very bottom of the additional fields, there is the info whether the order info has already been transmitted to the supplier:

< 1.1. 0: This can be seen if the checkbox for 'Order sent to manufacturer' is set.
If you want to send the order again, you can edit the order with the button at the top right, remove the checkbox and set the status again.

If you want to send the order again, you can do this by clicking on the button for the respective supplier. To see if the item of a supplier appears in the order, there is a note under Delivery (Dropshipping):

'The order will be delivered by dropshipping. '
New function: CSV export for suppliers per order possible. CSV files can be stored on the FTP and sent to the dropshipping partner by mail as attachment. The CSV can be configured with the required field types as well as separators. Here a folder name must be specified, which is created under files/ and where the CSV files are stored when saving.

New function: DHL label can be sent to the supplier as an attachment. This is generated automatically when triggering the set trigger. The separate house number is mandatory for this so that the shipping labels can be generated. If the house number is activated, it is a mandatory field for registrations and orders.

The email template for the order info is stored with the name: 'Dropshipping Partner Delivery Note' and can be edited if required.
Note: The template is not edited in updates and can be used completely for their own purposes. It may therefore be that the standard of the template

E-mail templates: There is now another e-mail template (v2) with more output options.

The order info is designed so that each supplier only receives information about his product and not about the entire order.

ATTACHMENTS: In the configuration of the extension it is now possible to activate the attachment of delivery bills and/or CSV files.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: As an alternative to the manufacturers, there is now a separate supplier management. If the supplier is assigned to a product via the dropdown dropshipping supplier, this supplier is preferred over the manufacturer.

TEST MODE: Test mode added in the plugin configuration. If this is activated, all e-mails will only be sent to the stored e-mail address instead of to the supplier or manufacturer.

E-mail templates: There is now another e-mail template (v2) with more output options.

Wir nutzen das Plugin mit mehreren Dropshipping Partnern und bisher lief alles Reibungslos. Das Plugin erspart uns einen Haufen Arbeit und wir haben auch schon einige Sonder-Funktionalitäten mit dem Plugin-Entwickler besprochen. Sehr netter Kontakt und schnelle Reaktion: Weiter so!

To test the extension, we recommend activating the test mode.
In the plugin configuration, select the payment or order status for which the trigger (mail dispatch to the supplier) should be triggered.

-> Alternatively, the mail dispatch can also be sent directly after receipt of order: "Send e-mail directly after order" in the plugin configuration activate

For the manufacturers for which dropshipping applies, an e-mail must be stored with the manufacturer under Catalogues->Manufacturers in the additional field Dropshipping and activated for dropshipping or via the supplier management under Catalogs->Suppliers

-> If the product is assigned to a supplier from the supplier management, the mail is sent to this.

-> If the above does not apply, a check is made to see whether an e-mail address is stored for the manufacturer.

-> If neither of the above applies, no mail is sent: Preference is always given to the supplier assignment via dropdown (from the supplier administration).

If the documents are desired as an attachment when sending the mail, this can also be activated.
There are different e-mail templates to choose from, so that these are not overwritten when updating, a new e-mail template is created when a change is made. Currently, the "Template (latest version)", the old template is no longer taken into account during updates. When using the Gastronomy Plugin from MrPixel, there is a separate template.
Save CSV file on the server: If the function is activated and the folder name is specified under file path, the CSV files are also stored on the FTP server under /files in the corresponding folder. Example with folder name export_test: files/export_test/ORDER_[ORDERNUMBER]_[DATE].csv
DHL Label dispatch: DHL extension must be functional! Separate house number must be activated and also be deposited by the customer for the creation of the label.

How can I remove the checkbox for "Order sent to manufacturer"?

To do this, click on the edit button at the top right of the order.

DHL label is not created and not sent as attachment

1. Check in the DHL extension to make sure the credentials are valid. The manual creation of the labels must work. 2. The field for the separate house number must be activated and this separate house number must be present in the order.

How can I assign suppliers in the database or via SQL?

In the table “product” in the column “hueb_supplier_id”, the supplier can be assigned by “Id”. The suppliers can be found in the table “huebert_supplier_translation” and the corresponding id in the column “huebert_supplier_id”. The SQL command for assigning a specific supplier for all products in a category could look like this, for example UPDATE `product` SET `hueb_supplier_id`='[huebert_supplier_id]' WHERE `categories`=`[category_id]`
