Packing Slips plugin not only facilitates the creation of shipping lists for orders but also streamlines warehouse management. Here’s how it works:

Installation

The plugin can easily be installed via the Shopware Plugin Manager in Extensions -> My extensions

How to use

After installation and activation the plugin is ready to use. You can also go to the plugin's configuration to customize its settings.

To create/print packing slips, go to the order list, then select the orders for which you want to generate them and click the button "Packing Slips".

Configuration

After installing the plugin, click the context menu button to go to its configuration where you can customize the following options.

General settings:

Default view of the modal window
- Packing Slips
- Items
Display warnings if some items/orders have been hidden due to the plugin configuration - warnings will be displayed when opening the modal window if the selected orders contain items that will not be visible on the list due to the plugin settings.

Modal window | Packing Slips/Items list:

Columns to display in the items list of the order - here you can select additional columns to display in the items list of the order - possible values:
- Photo
- Product number
- Manufacturer number
- EAN
Types of items to display - here you can configure the list of item types that will be visible in the list - possible values:
- Product
- Custom item
- Credit
- Promotion
- Discount
- Container
Highlight quantity if it is greater than 1 - after activating this option, quantities greater than 1 will be highlighted
Sticky headers - after activation this option, headers will remain at the top of the list when scrolling
Don't show digital items - after activation this option, digital items will not be displayed in the items list of the order

Print | Packing Slips / Items list:

Types of items to display - here you can configure the list of item types that will be visible in the list - possible values:
- Product
- Custom item
- Credit
- Promotion
- Discount
- Container
Show payment method - after activation this option, the selected payment method will be displayed below the table with the order
Show shipping method - after activation this option, the selected delivery method will be displayed below the order table
Show order summary - after activation this option, a price summary will be displayed below the order table
Highlight quantity if it is greater than 1 - after activating this option, quantities greater than 1 will be highlighted
Don't show digital items - after activation this option, digital items will not be displayed in the items list of the order

Important notes:

If you have changed the plugin configuration and do not see your changes, please go to Settings -> System -> Caches & indexes -> and click the button Clear caches
