Haben mich in der Anfangsphase sehr gut unterstützt und für mich reicht das als ERP Lösung vollkommen aus.
Auch die Anbindung mit dem DHL Plugin funktioniert einwandfrei, ist fast alles selbsterklärend und auch für einen Einsteiger wie mich leicht zu erledigen.

Do I need a Pickware account?

Yes, you do—it allows you to manage all Pickware products centrally and get started right away.

What about Pickware WMS and Pickware POS?

No more plugin confusion: WMS & POS are now combined in a single plugin. This means you have everything in one place and don't have to worry about multiple installations.

How and where does billing take place?

Billing is handled directly by Pickware. This gives you complete transparency and everything in one place—independent of the Shopware Store.

I use Pickware in Shopware 5 – where can I find information about migration?

Our migration guide makes migration easy. It shows you step by step how to transfer your processes safely and smoothly. Otherwise, we are always available to answer any questions you may have. You can find the migration guide on our website.

I'm still using the old Shopware 6 plugins – can I just update them?

A direct update is not possible. However, with the new plugin, you benefit from a uniform solution, less maintenance, and all the new features in one place.

Where can I find the Pickware apps for iPhone?

Simply visit the Apple App Store, where you can download the apps directly and connect them to your shop immediately.

Is there support and updates?

Yes. Pickware is continuously being developed and you will receive regular updates and direct support from the Pickware team.
