Marketplace Amazon order import | Pro

Marketplaces are the best opportunity to market your products quickly and easily on a platform. These marketplaces already have a high level of awareness and customer traffic. National or international advertising measures will also benefit you without having to spend extra money.

Amazon is a listed US online mail order company with a wide range of products. According to its own information, Amazon, as the market leader in Internet trade, has the world's largest selection of books, CDs and videos. Via the integrated sales platform Marketplace, private individuals or other companies can also offer new and used products as part of online trading.

With our "Marketplace Amazon Order Import SW6" in connection with the plugin "Marketplace Order Management - e.g. for Amazon, eBay etc. SW6" you no longer have to worry about importing orders, processing them and sending them to Amazon. Our plugin works completely automatically. All you have to do is send the orders.

Important: In order to balance the stock in the shop, the article numbers from the shop must also be deposited on Amazon (in Amazon as storage number). If the item numbers are not identical, the orders are imported, but no inventory is matched.

Important: Customers can only use the plugin with authorization. Please note that 100 orders per day are included free of charge. If you have a higher order volume, you would have to pay a monthly fee. You can find out which tariffs are currently available here.

Import of foreign products in one order

Do you have products in Amazon that you do not yet have in your Shopware shop? This is not a problem. Like any other order, they are imported and generated in a Shopware order. The plugin takes over all data it receives from Amazon (e.g. prices, quantity, article names, etc.). In this case, the tax rate is taken from the stored standard value in the plugin settings.

Always up to date

As soon as the order is dispatched, our extension not only transmits the status to Amazon, but also transfers the tracking code for shipment tracking. As you can see, you can offer Amazon customers just as much service as your shop customers, without any additional effort! This saves you and your employees a lot of time and therefore money.

Frequently Asked Questions

The assignment of the shipping methods is not enough for me. I would like to assign by weight, height or other criteria. Is that possible? In the standard setting of the plugin, you have the option of assigning different shipping types and service providers depending on the country. If you need other criteria, please contact us. How many Amazon accounts can I connect to the plugin? Only one account can currently be connected. If you are considering a second account, please contact us: info@coolbax.de
Can I pick up all European Amazon marketplaces? Yes, you can pick up all orders from the European Amazon marketplaces at the same time. In the plugin settings, specify which marketplaces should be picked up.
What do I need the "Marketplace order management" plugin for? All external orders are imported into the Order Management marketplace. After they have been imported there, they are generated in a Shopware order and can be processed as usual. All external orders are always imported, even if the customer e.g. has not completely filled in his address details. You then have the option to correct them and convert them into a Shopware order. This means that no orders are rejected.
Are orders imported even if they contain items that are not in the shop? Yes, these orders, just like all other orders, are imported and converted into a Shopware order. The plugin takes over all data it receives from Amazon (e.g. prices, quantity, article names, etc.). In this case, the inventory in the shop is not compared.
When are Amazon orders imported The plugin only imports orders that are released by Amazon.
Is it difficult to connect Amazon to Shopware? No. Our manual contains all the information you need to know to set up and use the plugin. A step-by-step guide describes how to get the respective access data or where you have to apply for it. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or do not know any further.
Are cancellations or returns compared? No, as soon as an order is received in the backend, it is no longer compared. If an order is subsequently canceled by Amazon or by the customer, the order in the backend must be adjusted manually. The same applies if you cancel or return the order in the backend. This information is not sent to Amazon and has to be stored manually at Amazon. Only the shipping status to Amazon is automatically compared.
