Configuration manual

Set up Revolut Payments for Shopware 6 in a few steps:

1. Create and activate your Revolut merchant account from https://business.revolut.com/merchant and if you want to test the payments create sandbox account from https://sandbox-business.revolut.com/signup.

2. Log in to your Shopware 6 administration.

3. Go to Extensions > Store and search "Revolut Payment Gateway".

4. Add, install, and activate the plugin.

5. Assign Revolut payment methods to your sales channel.

6. Open configuration in revolut plugin extension.

7. Enter your Revolut API keys to connect Shopware 6 to your Revolut account.

8. Configure the plugin to meet your needs.

After your Revolut onboarding process is complete, you can start accepting online payments in your Shopware 6 webshop.

How to Get Revolut API Keys:

1. Log in to your Revolut Business portal or into the Mobile App

2. On the top left corner, click your account name, click APIs then select Merchant API.

3. Under the Production API Secret key and Production API Public key sections you will find the API keys needed. If it's your first time on this page, you will need to click the Generate button to create your unique API keys.You can also use this link to directly open the Merchant API page https://business.revolut.com/settings/merchant-api. Use these keys only for the production environment.

4. For the Revolut Business Sandbox environment, use the sandbox API keys https://sandbox-business.revolut.com/settings/merchant-api.

How to full refund the orders in shopware:

1. Open your respective order detail in your webshop

2. Go to your General tabs

3. Select the payment status Refunded in payment status for full refund the order

Note : 1. You can initiate a refund for an order only when it is in the COMPLETED state in Revolut Portal. 2. Our plugin currently not support the partial refund.
