Description

The "Automatic document creation and dispatch when completing an order" plugin, the invoice or delivery note document is automatically generated when an order is completed or when a specified payment status is selected and sent with the confirmation e-mail.


Within the plugin configuration, the automatic sending of the invoice and delivery note documents can be deactivated if, for example, they should not be created by the plugin itself.


The sending of documents for certain payment methods can also be restricted, for example for advance payment, where an invoice can be issued immediately after purchase.


Notes on the plugin

The plugin is optimized for the standard Shopware 6 themes. If you use a different theme, please check the compatibility with a test version of the plugin first. Furthermore, please check whether the plugin is compatible with other plugins used. We expressly recommend that you test the plugin in a test environment and NOT in the production system in advance in order to avoid any complications.

If the changed settings are not immediately visible on the frontend page, deactivate and activate the plugin again or clear the cache in SW 6.

Configuration manual

Install the plugin via My Extensions and make your desired settings in the plugin configuration.


Default settings:

Plugin active: on

Create invoice: on

On, an invoice document is created and sent by e-mail as a PDF attachment, depending on which payment methods the shipping applies to.

If Off, no invoice document is created.

Create delivery note: off

On, a delivery note document is created and sent by e-mail as a PDF attachment, depending on which payment methods the shipping applies to.

If Off, no packing slip document is created.

Select document type: Invoice, delivery

Only one type of document can be selected at a time, which is to be sent and generated.


Send receipt only for the following payment types: empty

The plugin sends the receipt with the confirmation email for all payment methods

Send receipt only for the following payment methods: Payment in advance

The plugin sends the receipt with the confirmation e-mail only if payment is made in advance.


Send receipt only for the following payment methods: prepayment +create invoice: on +select document type: invoice

Receipt is created in the order, but only sent to the customer by e-mail if he pays in advance.
