Viele Möglichkeiten, toller Support

Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit Custom HTML und Javascript in der Popup-Einkaufswelt. Der Support reagierte wahnsinnig schnell und hat das Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Ich weiß nun, was ich zu tun habe. Vielen Dank!

Hilfreiches Plugin & super Support

Das Support-Team hat uns sehr schnell geantwortet und hat auf unseren Wunsch hin zeitnah Anpassungen an dem Plugin vorgenommen. Da die Popups auf Einkaufswelten basieren, können sie sehr flexibel gestaltet werden. Durch die Einschränkungs-Möglichkeit auf Customer Streams können wir das Plugin in unserem Shop für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle benutzen. Auch ist uns positiv aufgefallen, dass die Kompatibilität zum Cookie Consent Manager auch schon bei älteren Shopware Versionen gewährleistet ist.

Die Einkaufswelten sind jetzt nicht das tollste Werkzeug was es gibt. Aber sie bringen auf jeden Fall sehr viel Möglichkeiten mit sich. Diese dann auch für die Erstellung von Pop Ups nutzen zu können ist hervorragend.
Der Support unserer Lieblings-Agentur reagiert auch sehr schnell :)

Das Pop Up Plugin funktioniert sehr gut. Die Unterstützung des Supports verlief rasch und sehr gut.

Everything that we were looking for!

We were looking for a pop-up plugin to make different announcements on our site. Hence, we found this plugin, which didn't work 100% in the beginning. However, the support team of alphanauten was very helpful and immediately adjusted the plugin so that we could use it as well with our custom frontend. We shared our idea that we would like to show the pop-up during checkout, hence, the support team immediately listened to us and did their magic and now we are able to make beautiful pop-ups for the checkout. Last but not least, they told us that they are working on many more new features, which we also had in mind and shared with them for more flexibility and even more functionality.
We definitely recommend this plugin!

Nach einigen Startschwierigkeiten bei der Einrichtung funktioniert das Plugin super.
Da wir auf unserem Shop ab und zu Events ankündigen und Angebote raushauen können wir hiermit gut darauf aufmerksam machen.
Ausgereizt haben wir die Möglichkeiten sicher noch nicht, aber durch die Verwendung mit Einkaufswelten geht die Einrichtung leicht von der Hand, wenn man erstmal weiß wie.
Als nächstes wird die Verbindung mit dem CustomerStream getestet.

Configuration manual

1. Click on [marketing -> emotion world] after installation.
2. Choose an Emotion world or create a new one and edit it.
3. Activate the checkbox under [settings -> basic settings -> popup]
4. Now a new tab called popup-settings should appear where you can edit the configuration of your popup.
5. Click on the save button in the bottom right corner to complete your settings.
The selected Emotion world is no longer displayed as a regular Emotion world but opened as a popup
