Backend Widget Collection
Widgets are small applications / windows that any user can view in the shopware backend. These offer you an overview of the current processes of the shop. Each back-end user can thus create his own interface.
With our "Backend Widget" collection, we offer you many more small applications / windows to help you with your daily work. Many widgets can be individually configured in the plugin.
Features & Benefits
- Quick overview at first glance
- All important information is in one place
- Partially, you can edit or open an appropriate module
- Every user in the backend can customize his widget
Sales according to article
Display of the sold articles with article number, article name and sold quantity. The articles are summed up. Example: 1 order contains 4 purchases and 5 more items. Then there are 9 articles in the widget.
Sales by order
Display of the sold articles with article number, article name and sold quantity. The orders are summed. Example: 1 order contains 4 purchases and 5 more items. Then there are 2 articles in the widget.
Indicates when the articles are sold out according to the current stock and the orders placed (the period can be determined individually) in order to be able to order them again in time and thus avoid unnecessary vacancies.
Inactive articles with stock
Display of deactivated articles (or variants) that have inventory. This is possible, for example, if an article has been deactivated (for example because it is not available) but the article has been returned. Then he is backed up in the backend by shopware, but not re-activated. This widget should always be empty.
Not accepted ratings
Display of not yet accepted orders. You can confirm or delete the ratings from the widget.
Popular search terms
Get the most popular search terms. In addition, the number of queries is output and how much search results (e.g., articles) have been presented.
Search terms without result
Displays the most searched search terms, with the number of queries, which have not received any result.
In Shopware there is the problem with variant articles. If the main variant, which is the variant which was set as preselection, has been deactivated, this article will not be displayed in the shop even though the other variants still have inventory. This can happen, for example, in the variant in the article overview or via the comparison of a WaWi. These affected articles are displayed here. This widget should always be empty.
Orders by status
Display of the orders placed so far are grouped according to the order status.
Display of the sales items that are active and displayed in the shop. The special feature is that the inventory including all variants is displayed. This allows you to deactivate items whose stock is 0. It makes no sense to continue to display these items in the shop.
