About the Extension

Description


The plugin "Automatic e-mail sending of additional e-mail templates on order status change" creates five new e-mail templates with the names sDIGI1RULE1, sDIGI1RULE2, sDIGI1RULE3, sDIGI1RULE4 and sDIGI1RULE5 under "Settings" - "E-mail management" - "E-mail templates". In the plugin configuration you can then specify under which conditions of the order and/or payment status change the email template will be sent. The plugin also supports payment or order statuses that are newly created according to the Shopware documentation. The email templates are sent even if the payment and/or order status have been changed via the API. Using the rules, newly created email templates can also be sent. In the e-mail templates sDIGI1RULE1 to sDIGI1RULE5 all variables from the e-mail template sORDER are available. 


With the help of the plugin explicitly no system e-mail templates can be sent. 


Usage example: 


You want the customer to automatically receive an email when they have returned goods. To do this, you create a new order or payment status with the name "Return received". In the plugin configuration, you can now select that, for example, sDIGI1RULE1 should always be sent when the delivery status of an order is changed to "Return received".
