The plugin has a simple survey of the shopping experience of customers. This is with a simple pop-up on the thank you page and with a really good user experience and simplicity. Customers can select the happiness levels of shopping and add any comments if they want to. This is a continuous feedback system that will help you detect any issues or lower customer satisfaction of using the webshop. All the feedback is available in the backend with users list who gave the feedback. You can contact the users and improve customer satisfaction in case of an unhappy review.
The plugin collects feedback from customers on how they heard about the store while checkout. This field can either be set mandatory or optional and the options can be managed from the backend. The result is shown with a graphical representation so you get a quick idea and can focus and invest more on mediums that drive more conversion (for example Facebook, Instagram etc.).

Step 1: You can purchase Store Survey plugin here through the Shopware Community Store https://store.shopware.com.
Step 2: Login to you shopware backend
Step 3: Go to Configuration->Plugin Manager
Step 4: Click the My purchases button to open a login window (if not already logged in). Enter the Shopware ID associated with the domain from which you are working.
Step 5: After login, you will see an overview of all plugins associated with your domain and Account. Download the plugin.
Step 6: Click on Installed button will open a page with installed, Uninstalled, Inactive plugins
Step 7: Find “Store Survey” plugin from Uninstalled section
Step 8: Click install button and activate the plugin.
1) Setting shopping survey options
a) Click on Configuration -> Plugin manager-> installed -> Store Survey ->edit
set store survey options for the stores.
Survey option include following features:
1.Enable “How did you hear about the store? survey”
2.Do you want to keep store survey mandatory?
3.Enable shopping experience survey
You can add or remove sources from Marketing > StoreSurvey > Manage Source /Medium
To add new source: Click on the Add New button which displays a pop-up, where you could add and save a source. In the same pop up you have option to change the status of the source to active or inactive
To remove a source: Click on the delete icon button to remove the source
To remove all source: Click on the check-box near to sources which will activate “delete all selected” button click on this butoon to remove all.
Conversion Source Analytics
You can view statistical information on “How did you hear about the store” in this section.
You can get following statistical information from this section : Source , shop, number of customers and the graphical representation for the dame data.
You can view user source analytics from Marketing > StoreSurvey > User source analytics.
Shopping Experience Survey
User can get information for the customers shopping experience from: Marketing > StoreSurvey > Shopping Experience Survey
Here user can get the details like customer name, shop name, rating and comments.
