About the Extension

Transmit delivery note and DHL shipping label to suppliers


This plugin has been developed to send orders directly to a supplier using a delivery note and shipping label.

The advantage is that you remain the sender and that the supplier only has to pack the goods and attach the shipping label.

With the delivery note the supplier knows what has to be sent.


It can be configured at which payment status the e-mail with the attachments should be sent.

In addition, it can be defined for which categories this applies. This has the advantage that the e-mail is not sent to the supplier for own products, which are sent by the supplier. In the plugin configuration you can also define the e-mail text to the supplier. 


Currently the label generation only works with DHL. You can ask other shipping service providers and I will make you an offer.


Configuration of the plugin

Under Settings->Droppshipping Mail dispatch the following settings can be made:

Mail: Delivery note and DHL label are sent here

Package type: Defines for which DHL type the label should be created: e.g. DHL Paket


Trigger status tab Paid: Here you can define any status for which the mail should be sent


Trigger Categories tab: Here you can add all categories for which the mail should be sent to the supplier.


In the e-mail templates themselves, you can also specify the e-mail text and the subject to be sent to the supplier. 


Please contact me if you are missing functionality/desires

- You need another shipping service provider

- You need the functionality for additional or more than one supplier 

- For each category you need different package types for which the label is generated

Wir haben dies Modul im vollen Einsatz. Lieferschein und DHL-Label werden automatisch bei eigegangen Zahlungen bzw. beim Status bezahlt, für unsere Zubehörartikel, an unser Partnerunternehmen übermittelt.
Evtl. ist zukünftig eine Erweiterung notwendig, damit wir weitere Partner hinzufügen können. Derzeit aber völlig ausreichend.
