Description

The MND Facebook Pixel plugin integrates Facebook's pixel tracking feature in Shopware. Predefined events are triggered in the Shopware storefront and submitted to Facebook.

The Plugin can be configured, activated and deactivated for each subshop.

Installiert & liefert Daten wie es soll. Der Support hat mir sofort weitergeholfen. Für jedes Event werden mit diesem Plugin auch alle möglichen Parameter mitgeliefert. Daumen hoch!

Ich habe zuerst die Testversion probiert, welche mir sofort zugesagt hat. Um die ein oder andere Frage zu klären, hatte ich auch direkt Kontakt zum Hersteller, welcher alle Fragen sofort und umfangreich beantwortet hat. Jetzt habe ich die Lizenz erworben und alles funktioniert bestens! Danke für den tollen und persönlichen Service!

Kann das Plugin nur empfehlen. Die Installation ging schnell und problemlos. Der Support hat bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet.

Leider funktioniert das Plugin bei uns nicht zu 100% da wir Cloudflare nutzen. Das Problem zu lösen wäre wohl einfach laut dem Support, allerdings ist MND Next der Auffwand zu groß den Fehler in einem Update zu beheben, auch hier wird wieder versucht eher dem Kunden weiter Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen, anstatt ein funktionsfähiges Plugin anzubieten. Sehr traurig, da das Geld für dieses Plugin für uns nun verbrannt ist.

Hallo Herr K.,

ich kann verstehen, dass es ärgerlich ist, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert wie erwartet. Eine Cloudflare Integration ist jedoch nichts triviales, wie von Ihnen behauptet. Die verwendete Ladebeschleunigung nimmt Eingriffe im Code vor und so etwas ist seltenst eine Lösung die einfach ohne weiteres Zutun funktioniert.

Mein Hinweis auf einen Lösungsansatz ist lediglich ein Hinweis und möglicherweise noch nicht die Lösung, da es weitere Abhängigkeiten geben kann, die ich in gegebenen Rahmen weder testen, noch supporten möchte. Insofern ist es ungeeignet ihn als Plugin-Update zu veröffentlichen.

Wie schon beschrieben ist eine Cloudflare Integration nicht üblich und sollte von einem Sachkundigen vorgenommen werden. Es ist außerdem weder explizit noch implizit Bestandteil des Plugin-Leistungsumfangs und Supports. Ihre Erwartungshaltung kann ich daher nicht nachvollziehen.

Wie unangemessen die Unterstellungen in Ihrer Bewertung sind, wissen Sie denke ich selbst.

Fragen Sie gerne die Shopware AG als Verkäufer, ob Sie das Plugin stornieren können und die 39,99 EUR erstattet bekommen.
