The ezAdmin, which we have developed for you and your daily workflow, offers the possibility of being extended as required via many additional modules.
One of these extensions is the ezAdmin ticket system. You and your staff will receive a fully functional ticket system which integrates into the order overview and allows any number of tickets and notes per order.
Send other employees or entire groups tickets to things like
- Verification of customer data
- Acquisition of individual customers
- further information provided by the customer after the order has been processed
- and much more...
Each employee will receive notifications of tickets directed to him or groups, in which he is a member, at any time. If you take on an employee's tickets at vacation replacement or illness, there is a comprehensive overview of all the tickets of the respective employee.
