Natürlich funktioniert das Plugin zuverlässig. Bei unserem Kunden hatte sich im Zuge mehrerer Updates ein Problem eingeschlichen. Der Support hat superschnell (sogar am Feiertag 1. Mai) reagiert und ist dran geblieben bis alles wieder lief. So geht Support - vielen Dank!

Solides Plugin mit TOP Support. Jede Anfrage wurde bis jetzt zeitnah und kompetent beantwortet. Aufgrund von Bugreport wurde innerhalb eines Tages eine neue Version bereitgestellt.

Die Kreditkartenzahlungen gehen ein, aber die Bestellung wird teilweise nicht in den Shop übertragen. Kunden rufen Tage später an, weil nichts passiert.
Die eigenen Plugins von Stipe, Paypal usw funktionieren wesentlich besser und zuverlässiger.
Wir haben Payever jetzt deinstalliert, denn solch eine Unzuverlässigkeit geht einfach den Kunden gegenüber nicht!

Das Plugin läuft ohne Probleme, Installation und Einrichtung sind kinderleicht.
Funktion konnte ich in der Arbeitsumgebung nicht ausführlich testen, da für die gewünschten Zahlarten keine Freischaltung erfolgte, siehe nächster Absatz.

Womit es Probleme gibt, sind die untransparenten Richtlinien, wann man für Ratenkauf in Frage kommt/akzeptiert wird.
Der Supportchat reagiert immer prompt, bei technischen Fragen hilfreich, bei allem anderen gibts Vertröstungen.
Auf die Freischaltung der Zahlart Rechnung warte ich auch schon seit Wochen, da ich zwischendurch eher zuällig erfahren habe, dass der Antrag eben nicht per Dokumentenupload im payever-Backend funktioniert , sondern postalisch erfolgen muss -eine Adresse dafür wurde mir noch nicht genannt.

Wenn irgendwann mal die Zahlart Rechnung funktioniert, bewerte ich erneut, bis dahin schau ich mich schon mal bei anderen Anbietern um.

Für die lange Dauer der Freischaltung der Zahlart "Rechnungskauf" entschuldigen wir uns. Leider hat es bei unserem Partner eine Umstellung im Onboarding Prozess gegeben. Im Zuge dessen ist leider tatsächlich eine postalische Zusendung der Unterlagen notwendig. Wir hoffen, dass Sie bei der Nutzung der anderen Zahlarten weniger Probleme haben.

Zu kleine Shops lehnen die grundlos ab...
Nutzlos für mich.
Support ist super.
Funktionalität des Plugins: konnte ich nicht prüfen, da ich es ja dann am Ende wieder deinstalliert habe. Bei der Installation gab es keine Probleme.

Die Installation bei einem von zwei Shops lief nicht reibungslos. Der Technische Support von payever hat jedoch nicht aufgegeben und so lange weiter gemacht, bis der Fehler gefunden wurde. Ganz großes Lob an alle die geholfen haben. Der Fehler lag am Shop selbst, nicht am Plugin.

Funktionalität bis jetzt sehr gut, optisch lässt sich alles sehr gut einbinden.

Installation ist ohne Probleme verlaufen. Korrekte Funktion des Plug-ins ist leider nicht gegeben.
Problem: Bestellung mit Kreditkarte – Kunde hat bezahlt, eine Bestellung im Shop ist jedoch nicht vorhanden.
Auch keine Bestellbestätigung für Kunden vorhanden.
Support ist eine Katastrophe.
Auf Anfrage zu dem Problem bekamen wir von payever diese Antwort: Leider kann ich mir das Problem auf Anhieb nicht erklären, weil der Shopware Plug-in in anderen Shops ganz normal funktioniert.
Ein Versuch das Problem zu lösen hat leider nicht stattgefunden. Weitere Email Anfragen dazu wurden leider nicht beantwortet.

Ich habe payever seit einiger Zeit integriert und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Plugin fügt sich sehr leicht ein, da die Einstellungen fast alle vorinstalliert sind; man braucht nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten noch eintragen.
Auch hat man die Übersicht mit allen Zahlarten und Käufen direkt im Backend.
Der Support ist hervorragend, sogar zu später Stunde bekommt man noch Hilfe. Ein dickes Lob noch einmal an dieser Stelle. Ich kann payever mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
