Wir nutzen die Sendinblue Integration schon seit Langem und sind einerseits mit dem Plugin und auch mit Sendinblue selbst sehr zufrieden (Support hat schnell reagiert). Wir freuen uns, dass das Plugin seit einiger Zeit auch wieder weiterentwickelt wird.

Unbrauchbar, funktioniert nicht richtig!

Das Plugin funktioniert nicht richtig. Kontakte werden nicht synchronisiert und das Tracking funktioniert auch nicht. Support von Sendinblue kann nicht weiterhelfen. Wir haben die Synchronisation nun mit Zapier gelöst.

Die automatische Synchronisierung funktioniert nicht korrekt und muss immer von Hand angestoßen werden. Vom Support wurde immer wieder behauptet, dass das Problem nun behoben wurde, was jedoch nicht stimmt. Der Support ist sehr träge und stellt innerhalb eines Tickets mehrmals die selben Fragen.

Wir können uns der vrohandenen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wenn man das Plugin aktiviert verhindert dieser den Versand der Newsletter Anmeldung Mails aus dem Shop. Support hat uns auch eine neuinstallation vorgeschlagen oder wir sollen doch die SMTP von sendinblue nutzen. Das wollen wir aber nicht. Die IT von Sendinblue ist unterirdisch! Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein aber lösen möchten Sie es nicht. Die Support Anfragen werden zwar schnell beantwortet aber Lösungen gibt es keine. Beste Möglichkeit ist ein anderen Anbieter suchen wie zB. Cleverreach!
