Endlich gibt es eine funktionierende App für Shopware6, wenn es um das Thema Newsletter geht. Die Installation war einfach, der Funktionsumfang ist echt nice und bietet zu 99% das, was wir erwartet haben. Zudem ist der Support wirklich gut.

Keine Synchronisation von Newsletter-Empfängern!

Die Synchronisation ist auf Kunden eingeschränkt. Für die Marketing / Newsletter-Empfänger findet sie nicht statt. Die Namensgebung ist irreführend und die beschriebene Funktion nicht gegeben.

Leider hängt diese Erweiterung oft mit den Updates hinterher. Dadurch, dass diese Firma sich lange Zeit lässt mit den Updates, können aktuelle Shopware Versionen mit wichtigen Features nicht direkt installiert werden.

Leider dauert es viel zu lange, bis die Updates erscheinen. Wer seinen Shop auf dem neusten Stand haben will, hat das Nachsehen. Bitte bringt endlich das Update!!!

Rapidmail ist ok als Dienst für Massenmails, aber die Integration in Shopware 6.4.20 funktioniert nicht. Und deren IT hat Schwierigkeiten, das Problem zu lösen - sehr schade
