With the Zalando Integration, you can effortlessly upload your products to the Zalando zDirect portal and list them on Zalando DE with your own shipping.

Sign up as a partner through the Zalando Partner portal.
Get our assistance: Leave us your contact information here.
Verify yourself with Zalando and gain access to the Partner portal.
Gain access to zDirect and upload your products, sell them, and earn money.

It's as simple as that. Zalando is a relatively new marketplace with great potential across Europe. We recommend onboarding in the German market first and then expanding into other markets. Our plugin is multi-market capable, so it works for all markets connected to Zalando. However, we currently do not support ZFS orders (coming soon).

Vom Listen der Artikel über das Abholen von Bestellungen bis hin zu Versandmeldung und Retourenabwicklung arbeitet das Plugin fehlerfrei. Die Erreichbarkeit des Supports und die sehr freundliche
Unterstützung während des (teilweise komplexen) Onboarding-Prozesses bei Zalando waren absolut herausragend.

Wir nutzen das Zalando-Plugin seit einigen Monaten. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Zalando benötigt einiges an komplexer Vorbereitung, die durch dieses Plugin wesentlich vereinfacht wird. Vor allem wenn man Artikel mit vielen Varianten einstellen möchte, ist es eine wertvolle Hilfe. Größenprobleme bei den Images werden gleich markiert, sodass man notfalls nachbessern kann. Die Bestellabwicklung funktioniert problemlos, es werden alle benötigten Dokumente, die man für Zalando benötigt, bereitgestellt. Da Zalando öfters einmal die Anforderungen ändert, ist eine permanente Wartung und Aktualisierung ganz wichtig. Shopmeister macht das super, hält auch bei (zum Teil individuellen) Problemen ständig Kontakt, bis die Lösung gefunden ist. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut nutzbar! Das Zalando Plugin ist eine einfache Möglichkeit, Artikel aus Shopware zu Zalando zu übermitteln. Es kann die gesamte Abwicklung von Bestellungen im Zalando Marktplatz über Shopware durchführen. Ich bin Kunde der ersten Stunde und habe die tolle Entwicklung diese Plugins verfolgt. Weiter so! Es gibt viele hilfreiche Funktionen, der Support antwortet sehr schnell und auch bei der Einrichtung wird kostenlose Hilfe angeboten. Mittlerweile unterstützt das Plugin auch internationale Marktplätze und die Funktionalität verbessert sich ständig.

Das Zalando-Plugin von Shopmeister ist jeden Cent wert. Zum Einen nimmt es jede Menge Arbeit bei der Übermittlung der Produkte für die Listung bei Zalando ab, zum Anderen spart es Zeit, was die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen betrifft. Bei Nachfragen ist der hervorragende Support jederzeit erreichbar und hilft freundlich weiter.

Preparations:

Sign up as a Zalando Partner.
To list products on Zalando through the Partner portal zDirect, they need to be transmitted to Zalando via the API.
Zalando guides new customers through the following steps. You can sign up with Zalando here:

Initial registration/first call with Zalando

Onboarding call with information about the process, brand readiness, specifications, etc.

Document and product verification, including size grid inquiries

Result: Provision of access to the zDirect portal

Registering a Developer User:

You first need to add a technical partner to your account who can then create an application that our Shopware plugin can connect to. We offer to do this for you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at: service@shopmeister.org

In the login area, you will find the "Technical Integration" section - in the top-right corner of the 4 boxes.

Now, you need to register a technical partner. We offer to be that partner for you. Alternatively, you can do it yourself.

The technical partner is registered and activated.

After activation, the technical partner can log in and register an application.

You can find the application under the "Applications" section.

There, you can view the Client ID and Client Secret.

You will also find your Merchant ID in the Merchant Details section - you will need this as well.

Plugin Installation:

To do this, download the plugin directly through the backend, via FTP, or by purchasing it in the Plugin Manager in your shop. You can then install it. After completing the installation, clear all caches and log out and log back in once. After that, you can configure settings in the Plugin Manager. We recommend testing the Zalando Integration in Sandbox Mode first. The credentials remain the same. You enter them on the plugin page and save your settings. In addition to the credentials, we also ask for taxes for the Zalando countries and some minor settings. You will make all further configurations during product preparation.
