Absolute Bereicherung für meinen B2B-Store
Ich habe ein Template ohne Artikelpreise sowie ein Template mit Artikelpreise. Auf dieses kann der Händler nur nach Login zugreifen. Daher sieht er vorab keine Preise. Zudem kann ich Händleranfragen übersichtlich über das Backend administrieren.
Lediglich die Template-Anpassung war mühsam, da ich hiervon überhaupt keine Ahnung hatte.

Der Support antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
Schlechte Anleitung, schlechter Support
Einen Support gibt es aber, anders als oben beschrieben, nicht.
Man wird lediglich gefragt ob man es kaufen will oder nicht, bei technischen Fragen wird man sofort auf das Forum verwiesen.
Das zähle ich aber nur bedingt als "Support über Anbieter", da mir das Forum für sämtliche Fragen offen steht.
Nicht durchdacht
- Abgelehnte oder Kunden die ausversehen abgelehnt wurden, müssen sich erneut registrieren.
- Sollte man sich im Nachhinein für einen b2b Shop entscheiden, müssen sich Kunden erneut für den B2b Shop registrieren.
- Support reagiert aber braucht bis zu 4 Tage um zu Antworten.
Bei uns funktioniert das Plugin einfach nicht so wie es soll. Kunde wurde Freigeschaltet und ist der Kundengruppe Händler zugeordnet aber das Plugin meckert trotzdem.
