Customer group dependent packaging units for shopware

Imagine that you are a wholesaler and want to sell your goods to different customer groups. Each customer group, however, has its own packaging unit that is to be accepted. For example, let's put ourselves in the position of an pet food retailer who wants to sell canned food. He offers per piece purchase for shop customers (end customers), per package for pet shelters and per pallet for resellers (dealers). This staggering and/or different units are not to be represented with a standard Shopware.

Our Plugin makes exactly that possible. You can offer different packaging units per customer group. What these look like is completely up to you. In our example it is per piece, per package or per pallet. In addition, you can store different prices for each customer group as usual. So until you are more flexible in terms of price and packaging with regard to customer groups than before.

Except for these different packaging units, you can also use it only as an article quantity scale. You simply determine whether the customer may only buy in steps of five (5,10,10, ...), for example. With this setting, he can no longer put 4 pieces in the shopping basket, as the dropdown prevents this. The only exception is the sales items. If there is only one remaining stock that is below the scale, it is placed in the shopping cart. This scale can also be used for each customer group. But attention, since only one number is deposited with the stock, this means with Shopkunden still 4 pieces, with dealers 4 packages and with resellers 4 pallets can be bought!

Note: If you use the plugin "Customer group-dependent packaging units" together with the "Quick article purchase", the quick article purchase will always show the non-graded quantity. The scaling steps are only taken into account when the items are placed in the shopping basket.

Our plugin are all designed to the standard functionalities of the basic system Shopware 5 (Community Edition). This concerns both the functionalities and the design. So if it does not fit once, may have to make adjustments to your own theme. Please understand that it is impossible for us to consider every single theme. 

**** compatibility to plugins ****

Basically, our plugins are compatible with each other. If there should be restrictions or malfunctions, we will gladly check them in a timely manner. In individual cases, it may happen that functionalities of individual plugins from our house are excluded. In this case, we will point this out to you. However, this compatibility can only be guaranteed for our plugin. The market of third party providers and their plugins makes it impossible to take into account all functionalities and modes of operation. This also applies to plugins from Shopware that are not included in the Community Edition. 

**** Support ****

Basically, we first look to see if it is an error from the plugin or the cause is otherwise. Depending on the result, we will inform you whether there will be any costs or not. However, if you have made changes to the plugin yourself, any claim to free support is forfeited. In this case, we charge the full cost. 

**** Are there trial versions for our plugin ****

All our plugin you can test with the free trial month to look at the functionalities in peace and try. In this trial month all functions are available to you, there are no limitations. We ask you to make use of this trial month to decide for sure if it is exactly the plugin you need or if it offers the functionalities you expected before buying or renting.
