Improves the EU Cookie Policy compliant use of your webshop.

Since Shopware can not prevent cookies also from the version 5.6.3 from external scripts (eg Google Analytics) and thus tracking is also possible without accepting, this plugin is nevertheless urgently needed.

Features

Non-functional cookies of the shop domain are only allowed in the shop as soon as the user accepts the cookie hint.
The cookie hint allows the user to activate / deactivate single cookies or whole cookie groups individually.
Cookies unknown to the plugin will be recognized automatically. These can then be titled by the shop owner and activated for selection in the store. Publicly known cookies (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Amazon Pay, Livezilla, Cloudflare, Emarsys and many more) are automatically added to the cookie hint.
Cookies are automatically assigned to the recognized language- or subshop and only displayed there in the notice.
In the plugin settings you can switch between two layout options (Classic cookie note and modal window).
Shop customers can adjust cookie settings after accepting (to set up the feature, see the installation instructions).
Buttons "Accept only functional cookies" and "Accept all cookies" can be to the note by plugin configuration if required.
New from version 7.4: Google Consent Mode V2 support

Technical functioning

The plugin recognizes all cookies set via HTTP or via Javascript from an internal (e.g., Shopware CSRF token) or externally loaded script (e.g., Google Analytics). All cookies that are not set for the shop domain and set by an external loaded resource (eg iFrame integration) for an external domain (eg www.paypal.com) can not be recognized by the plugin due to the same origin policy (browser security guidline) and can not be prevented. As an example, this concerns payment bindings loaded via iFrames (e.g., Paypal Express Shopware plugin).

Performance optimisations: Integration via cache cookie instead of ESI tags (since 5.0.1)

The cookie plugin is originally integrated via ESI tags. However, this can slightly impair performance in some shops.
As of plug-in version 5.0.1, there is an additional option to integrate the cookie hint via a cache cookie. The following configurations must be made for this:

Plugin setting "Include cookie banner by" must be set to "Cache-Cookie".
Configuration of the Http-Cache Cookies via the config.php file. The following PHP code must be inserted into the config.php file (advanced - please do not make any mistakes here!):

Bzgl. Probleme mit Cookies vom dem Facebook Pixels Plugin konnte beim aktivierten Optin kein Tracking übermittelt werden. Problem wurde noch am selben Tag behoben. Klasse Support & Danke!

Das Plugin tut genau, was es soll und kann nicht nur Cookies blocken, sondern auch weitere extern geladene Funktionen.
Support war sehr schnell und hat bei Problemen auch Tutorials zur Hand und darüber hinaus auch wertvolle Tipps.

Top Service bei diesem Plugin. Das Plugin war mit dem Google Tag Manager zunächst nicht einfach & intuitiv zu verwenden. Eine kurze Rückfrage beim Support und schon wurde eine neue Pluginversion veröffentlicht, in der alles so war, wie wir es gewünscht haben. Jetzt können wir das Tracking im GTM je nach gewählten Erlaubnissen im Cookie-Banner an- oder ausschalten. Besser gehts nicht. Danke.

Da ich eigentlich weder Google Analytics oder FacebookPlugin integriert habe, hatte ich bislang nur einen Cookie Hinweis. Die Zahlungsart Amazon Pay macht nun aufgrund der rechtlichen Situation und der nicht klaren Einschätzung der Notwendigkeit der AP Langzeit Cookies nun aber doch einen Cookie Consent Manager notwendig. Habe fast alle SW Plugins getestet und auch externe Angebote. Das ACRIS Plugin dafür ist wirklich super, die automatische Erkennung sorgt für rasches Einrichten und erspart einem selber die Cookies alle zu suchen. Sehr gut anpassbar, aus meiner Sicht mit dem Modalfenster die beste Lösung für mobile Ansicht und Desktop. Danke an Support, antwortet mir (und ich bin immer ein bisser lästig am Anfang wenn etwas neu ist ;-) ) sogar am Sonntag. TOP , klare Kaufempfehlung, Plugin leistet mehr als erwartet. Moderater Preis, weil regelmäßig aktualisiert wird. (Edit 18.07.2020, wir setzen ACRIS Plugin auf unserer Seite aktuell nicht mehr ein, da wir uns für ein aufwendigeres aber auch teureres Cookie Consent Management Tool mit DSGVO Protokollfunktion entschieden haben. Ändert aber nichts an unserer Bewertung am ACRIS Plugin welches mit seinem Funktionsumfang nach wie vor Preis/Leistung top unterwegs ist.)

Das Plugin ist top und der Service ist TOPPER. Wir hatten kleinere Fragezeichen gehabt die uns sehr nett, ausführlich und kompetent am Telefon beantwortet worden sind.
Hier kennen wir auch andere Pluginhersteller, die schon für eine Frage noch Geld einkassieren möchten..

Will non-functional cookies be active in the store before the user accepts them?

No. Non-functional cookies do not become active until the user clicks "Accept cookies". Before cookies are prevented by the plugin in the shop according to the EU Cookie Policy.

It is not possible to add products to the cart as long as you do not accept cookies.

This is due to the Shopware setting "cookie hint mode". If this is set to "Set cookies only after permission" this works accordingly. It is recommended to set the setting to "Show only hint".

Which cookies are set by the plugin itself in my shop?

The following cookies are set by the plugin itself: * acris_cookie_acc (cookie of the plugin) * allowCookie (Shopware Standard Cookie) * acris_cookie_landing_page (Saves the landing page for later use with tracking tools) * acris_cookie_referrer (Saves the referrer for later use with tracking tools) * acris_cookie_first_activated (Saves which cookies have already been accepted by the user for the first time)

The button "Accept Cookies" should be hidden. With which setting can I do this?

The button "Accept cookies" cannot be hidden for reasons of functionality. This button ensures that the user(s)* accept(s) the cookies selected in the privacy settings. If the button were to be hidden, he/she would no longer be able to make a selection and this function must be available. Alternatively, the button Text in the text module administration can be renamed to "Accept selected cookies" (text module acrisCookiePermission/buttonAcceptText).

How can I find out which cookie is an unknown cookie ID?

Basically, we recommend that you always first take a closer look at the plug-ins you are using. These often set cookies, which can then be easily titled. Furthermore, Google can also help with publicly known cookies. If the cookies cannot be identified, we recommend naming them in case of doubt, assigning them to a group but leaving them inactive. Cookies can also be set by bots or by browsers, they do not necessarily have to come from the system itself.

My shop has identified new cookies that are not automatically assigned - what should I do?

The cookies found in the shop can come from the following sources: * Third party plugin * Embedded script on the page directly or via TagManager * An unwanted bot sets a cookie. So please check your extensions and included scripts in the shop first. If you can't assign the cookies, I would recommend you either delete them and check if they reappear, or name them, assign them to a group and leave them inactive in case of doubt. So they will not be reported again, will not be shown in the cookie hint and will be blocked in the shop.

New cookies are constantly being found. How can I handle them?

The automatic cookie recognition can be deactivated in the plugin settings. The following applies: As long as no new trackings, scripts, plugins, etc. are integrated, no relevant new cookies will appear with high probability. When integrating a new service, we recommend to activate the automatic cookie recognition for a short time and test the shop for new cookies. To do so, simply test various shop functions in the storefront.
