DataWow - The X-ray glasses for your online store

With the Smart Controlling System DataWow your data is loaded into the cloud. After entering the individual controlling settings, the contribution margins, return ratios, inventory ranges and other key figures and characteristics are calculated for the analyses and made available as an OLAP cube.

Intuitive margin analysis down to the last detail

Which products, platforms, customers or campaigns achieve which margins in which country? Through exact cost allocation (shipping costs, fees, monetary transactions, etc.) for each sales transaction, you can identify margin killers at a glance. DataWow accesses your stored cost rates.

Know exactly what is going on!

If you want to control your company safely, you have to know where you stand. Recognize early on when things are getting out of hand and take countermeasures in time. If necessary, you can go into more detail and get to the root of the problem. 

The dashboard provides you with the right entry point and guides you to the relevant detail.

Be informed at exactly the right time

With our "exception reporting", alarm systems can be set up that inform the responsible employees in case of defined process malfunctions in order to correct the defect.

Examples of alarm triggers:

• Sales: sales with negative contribution margin.

• Purchasing: Short range of articles without current order.

• Logistics: articles without sales.

• Data maintenance: Sales of articles without master data.

Know your customers in detail

At a glance you get an overview of strong customer segments of your company. Formulate the appropriate marketing strategy and dive into the details to address the right customers.

Inventory optimization

Identify slow-movers and non-starters in your inventory. Adjust your MRP parameters to meet demand and avoid unnecessary capital lockup. The ABC/XYZ analysis shows you immediately where you need to start optimizing your inventory. Get rid of the items you really don't need and get liquidity for the important products.

Then install the plugin and register with us at account.datawow.de to arrange a one-hour consultation. During the consultation, we will analyze your numbers together and give you advice on what you should change immediately. Afterwards you can test DataWow for two weeks.

Requirements:

Ideally, you use Shopware 5 in combination with PickwareERP, which is already included in the Professional Edition.  DataWow accesses the required data via the Shopware API, which is extended by this plugin.  To set it up, you need to install this plugin, create an API user and register with us. (More on this in the installation instructions) For extensions (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Google Adwords, etc.) we also need the permissions to integrate the data into the reports.

I don't use any / use another ERP:

If you use Shopware with another ERP than PickwareERP it is best to contact us beforehand so we can check the availability of an interface to your ERP.

The entry-level package is available from 249 € / month. We will be happy to inform you about the exact prices and additional packages in a consultation.

What does this plugin do?

This plugin extends the existing Shopware API with additional routes for Pickware as well as the plugins PickwareERP and Red Magnalister.  If you use additional / other plugins that are of interest for the analyses, we can integrate them in a new version. Viewing the analytics and reports is done in a WebApp provided by us.
