Description

The Shopware 6 plugin offers the possibility to convert item detail pages into PDFs and compile individual PDF catalogs based on note function. This not only offers great added value to your customers, but can also be easy on your wallet due to the wide range of uses. Let us present a few ideas.

A wide range of applications

Your article data as individual PDF catalogs: A big advantage compared to conventional catalog printing is the saving of printing costs. With our plugin in combination with your online store you can do without printing and shipping paper catalogs and instead offer the PDF catalogs directly on the website. These savings on printing costs can be significant and help reduce the overall cost of the online store. It also allows for faster updating of catalogs, as changes to item information can be made immediately online, rather than having to print and mail new paper catalogs.
Convert your store into a PIM system: Are you familiar with having different data statuses in your media? Your data sheets are outdated, your product catalogs are out of date, and the latest product update brings beads of sweat to your brow as you're already going over the costing for artwork, printing in the back of your mind? With or without an ERP system - as long as you have maintained your article data in the store, you can always provide your customers and potential prospects with up-to-date documents.
Tool for your sales department: Your sales department can use your store to offer your customers and prospects on-site advice based on the store articles. All articles that come into question can be compiled in a catalog for the customer or potential customer in real time.

The PDF pages and catalogs can be customized in a variety of ways:

Upload own PDF header page per subshop
Own header graphics for all PDF content pages per subshop
Own footer graphics for all PDF content pages per subshop
Individual selection of areas to be included on catalog pages (title, price, preview image, description text, additional images, logo)
Individual column widths and layout creation via drag-and-drop function
Choose own background color in PDF
Activate/deactivate page numbers incl. own color
Set font size and color for titles, texts, prices, item descriptions, etc.

Configuration manual

Note: This plugin uses the note function of Shopware. You have to activate note function (Shopware settings > cart). User needs to enable comfort-cookies to use note function. A 30-day test is available at the beginning. After download, installation and activation, the following functions are available in the plugin PDF pages/ catalogs from article detail pages:

Adjust layout and design for article detail pages (via drag-and-drop)
Set background color for PDF pages
Upload individual title and/or back page
Upload individual header and/or footer graphic for PDF pages
Enable/disable page numbers
Adjust font sizes and colors
