Features

Do you want your store customers to be able to add notes or comments to items, or even upload their own logo? Or do you want them to note down their wishes during the ordering process? For example, a color selection of products, packaging requests, product customizations or configurations? The Product Note plugin allows you to add notes or files to items of a order already on the product detail page!

About the Extension

As a store owner, you have the option to flexibly play out your feature in different places. Either at all touchpoints (Product Detail Page, in the large shopping cart overview, Check-Out , My Orders) or only at selected places, as you like. Of course, you can also configure a default text and customize it according to your needs.

The Product Note plugin is played out to both logged-in/registered store customers and non-logged-in/non-registered store customers.

With it you always keep the overview: Search easily and conveniently for orders with notes and view them in the detailed view. This can be a conventional text (limited to 500 characters) and/or a document upload (limited to 5 files, max. file size 10 MB). The supported file formats are: .jpg .png .pdf .doc .xls.

Of course, a positive store experience for your customers is also important to us. In addition to an appealing UX, we provide an update in the generated PDF invoice as well as the email order confirmation for additional confidence that the desired notes have reached you, the store owner.
