The following steps are necessary to set up the plugin:

Install the plugin via the Plugin Manager in Shopware.
After installation, reload the backend and clear all caches.
Create a private key for the desired translation service, we recommend DeepL:
- DeepL subscription
- For the DeepL key the package for developers is needed!
- ModernMT Subscription
- For the ModenMT Key the package "Human-in-the-loop" or "Real time" is required!
- Google Translate API Key
This key must then be stored in the plugin settings, in the plugin manager.
In the menu item for Auto Translation Pro (under the "Settings" menu) the existing and created language stores are displayed. There you have to assign the target language to the desired translation service.
Save, done! Have fun translating! Simply open an article, click on the globe in a text field and click on the Auto Translation Pro button in the upper left corner.

Note

The resources of the articles are not translated, because this is currently not possible from Shopware.

...das ist mein Fazit nach einer Woche mit Biloba IT. Fragen vor dem Erwerb zu Leistungen und Besonderheiten wurden sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich binnen weniger Minuten beantwortet. Und nach dem Erwerb erfolgten im weiteren Test sofort neue Plugin-Versionen, da etwas erweitert werden sollte.
Für alle drei Plugins, die wir im Bundle erworben haben hinterlasse ich diese Bewertung, denn Support & Leistung sind hier top. Insofern werden wir zukünftig bei etwaigen Plugin-Lösungen erst nach diesem Anbieter schauen, denn wenn man mit einem Geschäftspartner zufrieden ist, bleibe ich auch gerne dort.

Nach einem kleinen Problem, dass aber top gelöst wurde (Shop muss im Produktivmodus sein, damit es funktioniert, wir hatten ihn noch im Bearbeitungsmodus), läuft das Plugin nun mit diversen Erweiterungen (komplettes Bundle) einwandfrei. Kann ich empfehlen!

Erstklassiges Übersetzungsplugin!

Wir übersetzen unseren Shop gerade in diversen zusätzlichen Sprachen und haben zur Unterstützung das Auto Translation Pro Plugin hinzugezogen. Die Plugineinstellungen sind übersichtlich und verständlich und alle Übersetzungen lassen sich auf Knopfdruck oder in Stapelprozessen umsetzen. Für die Übersetzungen nutzen wir die Schnittstelle zur DeepL API, die wirklich erstklassige Übersetzungen liefert. Wir können das Plugin wirklich jedem empfehlen, der sich die aufwendige Arbeit von Übersetzungen in allen Shopbereichen erleichtern möchte.

Auch der Support von Biloba IT hat uns bei ein paar anfänglichen Einrichtungsproblemen sehr schnell geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Wirklich sehr gute Arbeit und ein super Service!

Update notes

ATTENTION With version 1.6 of the Auto Translation Pro plugin important changes have been implemented. However, these are incompatible with previous versions. Please deactivate all Auto Translation Pro extensions first and then update the plugins to the latest versions.

Setup notes & instructions

Setup

After installing the plugin, enter the desired API key in the plugin options.
Set other desired options in the plugin settings.
Make settings for the language stores.
- Under Settings->Auto Translation Pro you will find the settings for the language stores and general settings for the plugin.
- On the left side of the "Auto Translation Pro overview" you will find the available language stores.
- For each language store the settings have to be made.
- The field "Target language" defines in which language the store will be translated.
- The field "Translation API" defines which API is used, only the API is available for selection, for which the key was inserted in the 1st step.
- "Excluded fields" helps to exclude fields for articles, so that they are not translated.

Use

Translate the articles
- To translate the desired article, a "globe" is displayed in the master data of the selected article at the fields that can be translated.
- To translate, the "Auto Translation Pro" button can be pressed in the "Translations" window, which opens after pressing the globe.
- After a short time the fields will fill and the translation can be saved.

Welche Einstellungen müssen gemacht werden?

- Nach Installation des Plugins den gewünschten API Key in den Plugin Optionen eintragen. - Weitere gewünschte Optionen in den Plugin Einstellungen vornehmen. - Einstellungen zu den Sprachshops vornehmen. Unter Einstellungen->Auto Translation Pro finden sich die Einstellungen zu den Sprachshops und allgemeine Einstellungen zum Plugin. Auf linker Seite des "Auto Translation Pro-Übersicht" befinden sich die verfügbaren Srachshops. Für jeden Sprachshop müssen die Einstellungen vorgenommen werden. Das Feld "Zielsprache" legt fest, in welcher Sprache der Shop übersetzt wird. Das Feld "Übersetzungs API" legt fest welche API genutzt wird, es steht nur die API zu Auswahl, zu welcher im 1. Schritt der Key eingefügt wurde. "Ausgeschlossene Felder" hilft bei Artikel Felder auszuschließen, damit diese nicht übersetzt werden.
