About the Extension

Would you like to offer your customers the possibility to send you a support request if a search for an item did not yield any results? Your customers will appreciate this added value and you will not lose any inquiries, because it is often difficult to find the right search terms and visitors who are not very internet affine can have a hard time finding the desired articles. Using the automatically displayed inquiry form, these interested parties can send you a message directly and you can calmly analyze the search query and, if necessary, send an individual offer to the interested party. Our plugin extends the search results page with this function. The setup is very easy and the plugin offers you a pre-configuration which you can adjust as you like.
