About the Extension
Product Accessories as Chain Products plugin is used to create bundle products by adding accessories products with the Main product. It is easy to sell the products by offering some related accessory products free of cost as Chain Products.
With this plugin, it is also possible to connect particular/all variants with accessories products. When the customer adds the main product to the cart, the associated accessories product with images will also be displayed along with the main product on the off canvas and on the shopping cart.

Wir nutzen das Plugin für Aktionen, bei denen der Kunde zu einem bestimmten Artikel gratis diverses Zubehör dazu bekommt. Das sind real exisiterende Artikel deren Bestand dann automatisch ausgebucht werden soll, also keine Pseudoartikel etc. Das funktioniert mit diesem Plugin wunderbar. Bei der ersten Version gab es noch einige Wünsche Meinerseits die nach einer kurzen E-Mail schnell vom Hersteller umgesetzt wurden. Daher ganz klar 5 Sterne für den Support.
Aktuell verbesserungswürdig ist:
- Die Art und Weise wie man einem Artikel Zubehör zuordnet. Es ist aktuell nicht möglich in einem Eintrag, mehrere Artikel einem Hauptartikel zuzuorden. D.h. für jedes Zubehörteil muss ein neuer Eintrag erstellt werden.
- Gearbeitet wird mit Artikelnamen und nicht mit Artikelnummern, dass ist fummelig.
- Momentan nicht kompatibel mit Stücklisten-Artikeln (Pickware Plugin)
- Die Darstellung im Shop sollte für via Plugin-Einstellung ein wenig anpassbar sein.

Nach vorheriger schlechter Bewertung, hier eine Korrektur. Wir hatten die falsche Support-Adresse angeschrieben und daher sehr spät Antwort bekommen. Anschließend wurde sofort reagiert und der Bug entfernt. Vielen Dank.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen den Support zu erreichen wurde mir geholfen. Leider können hier Produkte zwar gekoppelt werden, aber das nur als Gratis Zugabe.
