orgaMAX is the all-in-one software solution for your office.

Whether small businesses, freelancer, craft businesses or self-employed, orgaMAX fits to all needs due to its modular principle.

With the webshop module it is possible to connect your Shopware online shop to our software. With a few clicks you can import customer orders into orgaMAX and further process them to contracts, invoices and delivery notes. Every necessary customer’s information is imported, as well. The inventory control helps you to manage your products centrally. Information such as inventory stock and prices can be easily transmitted to your shop with only a click.

Das Plugin funktioniert wie gedacht. Mit einer kleinen Anpassung im Script an meine Bedürfnisse kann ich perfekt damit arbeiten.

Funktionen wie Bestandupdate und Preisupdate läuft bei mir extern. Daher nicht getestet!
Das Script sieht aber solide programmiert aus und greift über die API auf Shopware zu. Nicht direkt über die SQL Ebene!

Entgegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen ist für uns OrgaMax die ideale Bürosoftware in Verbindung mit unserem Shopware Shop.

Wir nutzen es aber auch lediglich dafür um Bestellungen aus Shopware einzulesen bzw. auch nur für die Buchhaltung, was von Anfang an aber einwandfrei funktioniert! Als komplette Wawi wird OrgaMax nicht eingesetzt, das erledigen wir alles direkt über das Shopware Backend, später dann sowieso mit Pickware.

Funktioniert auch bestens in Verbindung mit Magnalister, welches unsere Bestellungen von eBay abholt und nach Shopware importiert. Von dort aus holt OrgaMax dann die Bestellungen ab und die Buchhaltung ist nur noch ein Klacks!

Artikel, Preise und Lagerbestände können aus der Bürosoftware übernommen werden. Dies führt zu einer erheblichen Arbeitserleichterung im täglichen Betrieb. Die einzige Einschränkung ist die Tatsache, dass sämtliche Pseudopreise auf 0,00 Euro stehen nachdem die Preise aus Orgamax in den Shop übertragen worden sind. Der Orgamax Support hat aktuell keine Lösung dafür. Wenn dieser Fehler nicht wäre, dann wurde ich dieses Plugin mit 10 bewerten.
