Gut gestaltet, wirkt hochwertig, aber kein Support

Hochwertig gestaltet. Allerdings bei Mobilfunk eher langsam, wegen umfangreicher CSS Schriftsätze etc. Einen freien Support gibt es praktisch nicht. Für einen kleinen Hinweis, Problem habe ich selbst lösen können, wurde mir 500 € vorgeschlagen. Hier fehlen technisch versierte Mitarbeiter, es schreibt eine freundliche Managerin, dass die Entwickler schrecklich überlastet sind.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Support beschränkt sich auf Fehler im Plugin und umfasst keine technische Beratung bzgl. Sonderanpassungen oder Unterstützung beim Selberbasteln.
