About the Extension

Once the processing of an order is delayed because, for example, goods are not in stock, customers can become impatient. The processing of all support requests for the whereabouts of the goods usually costs a lot of time and thus money.


This plugin automates the notification of customers when an order remains unusually long in an order status. For this purpose, one or more order statuses, as well as a number of hours or days can be defined. If orders are in this order status longer than this defined period, the customer receives an email notification.


The subject, content and design of the e-mail notification can be conveniently configured via the backend, as usual.Optionally, the plugin offers the possibility to repeat the notification in a certain interval, should the order status still not change. In addition, one or more e-mail addresses can be specified for a CC or BCC of the notifications.
