This plugin allows shop customers to cancel an order from the order frontend page. After cancellation it automatically corrects the stock and sends a notification mail to the customer.

About the Extension
With this plugin you can offer your customers the possibility to cancel an order that they have previously placed by mistake. The plugin adds a button (see picture 1) on the frontend page "Customer account > Orders > View" to cancel the order. As soon as the order is cancelled, the plugin automatically corrects the stock of the products.It is possible for the shop owner to specify from the configuration in the backend (see picture 3):
- up to which status of the order your cancellation will be accepted
- the status of the order if it is cancelled by the customer
- whether or not an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation should be sent to the customer.
If it is not possible to cancel the order, the plugin will display a warning message instead of the button (see Figure 2).ATTENTION: The Plugin is not compatible with pickware
