About the Extension

Who receives many inquiries over the Shopware contact form, knows the problem: Shopware always uses the deposited E-Mail address of the Shopbetreiber instead of the E-Mail address of the customer as sender address. Because of this, the grouping of e-mails based on the interlocutor, which many e-mail programs now know, does not work. This makes it difficult to find e-mail history quickly.
This plugin corrects this behavior and sets the e-mail address specified by the customer as the sender.
As an additional feature, the plugin allows the specification of additional e-mail recipients to whom a copy of the support request is to be sent. The plugin settings can also be used to determine whether the e-mail should also be sent to the customer as a copy.

Plugin funktioniert mit SW 5.5 problemlos, alles gut.
Leider finde ich keine Kontaktdaten für den Support. Ist das Plugin auch für Shopware 5.6 geeignet?
