Evalanche Premium Connector
The Evalanche Premium Connector extends the possibilities of your Evalanche connector! The Evalanche Connector App (prerequisite for the Evalanche Premium Connector) connects your Shopware online shop with the newsletter and email marketing tool "Evalanche" from SC-Networks.
With the additional features of the Evalanche Premium Connector you also use information about the shopping behaviour of your customers in Evalanche. The Evalanche Premium connector transfers information such as 'Last Purchase Date' or an overview of the last categories of your shop from which a customer has ordered to your Evalanche profiles.
Use the Shopware Customer Streams for individualized newsletters!
The app maps the customer streams generated in Shopware as a target group in Evalanche and keeps them up to date via cronjob.
Customer Streams
With the customer streams in Shopware, you already have a powerful tool on the shop software side for grouping customers based on the data of their purchasing behavior. Both personal customer data such as age or gender as well as information about shopping behavior, e.g. number of orders, shipping method, categories, ... can be used.
Various criteria such as the age of customers or the number of orders in your shop change over time. Thus, the selection of customers who meet the criteria of a customer stream or not also changes again and again.
Shopware regularly checks the criteria of the customer streams via a cronjob and thus keeps the group of associated customers up-to-date. The Evalanche Premium app automatically configures itself so that five minutes after this update of the streams, this update is also matched to Evalanche.
For this purpose, it is not necessary to match the underlying data in Shopware to Evalanche, but the affiliation to a customer stream is entered in Evalanche as an assignment to a target group in the Evalanche profile. The update of these assignments is done automatically via cronjob. This cronjob of the Premium App is executed five minutes after the Shopware standard cronjob for updating the customer streams.
