About the Extension
With the "Google customer reviews + badge" app, you can easily add the necessary code snippets to collect and output customer reviews via app.
After completing the order, Google Customer Reviews displays a request to your customers asking if they would like to provide feedback on your service. If the request is confirmed positively, your customers will receive an email for the rating of your store. In addition to this request to your customers, the badge "Google Customer Reviews" is also integrated into your online store. The badge shows the average of your reviews in stars after enough customer reviews. In addition, the badge takes your customers to the previously submitted customer reviews for your online store.
Configuration
- Merchant ID: enter the merchant ID of your Google Merchant account here.
- Show badge: Decide whether the badge should be displayed in your store.
- Badge style bottom offset: Set the position of the badge.
