Das Shopware PlugIn "backend bestellung" hatte nach einem Shopware update mit diesem Plug In "Valedierung E-Mail Adresse" Probleme. Vorher liefen beide Programme reibungslos. Da wir die Silver Subscription von Shopware haben und wir davon ausgingen einen besonderen Service genießen zu dürfen, meldeten wir dieses Problem direkt an Shopware. Shopware schrieb uns, dass sie hierfür nicht zuständig sind und wir uns direkt an den Plug In Hersteller wenden sollen. Na prima dachten wir noch, obwohl das Problem nach einem Shopware Update aufgetreten ist. Und nun wurden wir mehr als positiv überrascht. Sehr zeitnah erhielten wir Rückfragen von Latzko Websoftware GmbH (Herrn Latzko persönlich), der Fehler wurde umgehend abgestellt und ein update eingestellt. Somit profitieren nun alle Plug In Nutzer sofort und uneingeschränkt. Das nennen wir Service und Kompetenz. Vielen Dank und das KonzentratPLUS Team wünscht weiterhin viel Erfolg.
