Wir nutzen Mondu B2B Factoring seid mehreren Monaten und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Das B2B Plugin ermöglicht es dem Kunden in Echtzeit eine Bestellung auf Rechnung, Lastschrift oder auch als Ratenkauf 3, 6 und 12 Monate zu bewerkstelligen. Die Auszahlung erfolgt in regelmössigen Abständen und ohne Probleme. Im Mondo Portal ist übersichtlich die einzelnen Rechnungen an den Kunden zu sehen. Auf Supportanfragen wird schnellstmöglichst geantwortet. Die Factoring Gebühren sind bezahlbar und sind es Wert zu investieren, damit sogleich das Geld auf dem Firmenkonto ist. Etwaige Mahnungen und weitere Schritte bei Zahlungsverzug übernimmt Mondu für die Gebühren inklusive. Top Anbieter!

Wir benutzen das Shopware 5 Plugin seit den ersten Versionen, noch bevor es offiziell im Shopware Store verfügbar war. Das Plugin macht genau was es soll und unsere Mitarbeiter im Lager müssen keine manuellen Schritte für die Abrechnung unternehmen, als bei Bestellungen, die über andere Zahlungsarten abgewickelt werden.

Gute Einführung / Schulung durch Mitarbeiter. Plugin funktioniert eigentlich einwandfrei. Ganz kleine Mängel werden in Absprache des Supports sehr schnell gefixed.

Begeistert dadurch, dass es einfach verlässlich das tut was, es soll.
