About the Extension

Shipping status update via API

Automatic confirmation of shipment in your Amazon account based on the Shopware status. Thus, you avoid double orders.

The plugin helps you with a faster and more efficient workflow. You avoid needing to change order status in both accounts and therefore save time.

Functions of our Tool:

As soon as you have to manage many orders in one day, every little step is a nuisance. Our status update takes care of marking all of your orders from Shopware to Amazon as "shipped" automatically.

This tool is offered as an extension to our automatic order import only and does not work on its own.

Our shipping status update is shopware 5 compatible.

Our Amazon Interface

For smooth multi channel selling we offer you a range of plugins which helps you with setting up your items and manage our Amazon orders – and all that comfortably from your Shopware backend. We split our solution into several plugins. Thus, our Amazon interface is very adaptable. Starting with an easy, manual import through CSV files up to a fully automatised API interface including status updates, product export and automatic price adaptions, we can cover all our clients' needs.

Our plugins do communicate with Amazon directly. That way you retain full control over your product and order data. Additionally, it is very important to us that you don't have to accept any limitations. This is especially true for our product export. We can enable you to offer your products on Amazon and manage them in Shopware without any (technical) restrictions.

Die beiden Plugins Amazon Bestellungen und Versandstatusupdate ersparen jede Menge Arbeit und tut was es soll. Falls mal was nicht so hinhaut oder Fragen aufkommen, ist der Support gleich hilfreich zur Stelle. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Hilfe! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Leider wird kein kostenpflichtiger Support vom Hersteller angeboten. Das Grund Plugin "Bestellimport via API" funktioniert leider auch nicht. Dieses Plugin ist daher nicht nutzbar für uns.

Die Shopware-Bewertungsrichtlinien besagen übrigens:
"Bei einigen Erweiterungen wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Hersteller keinen Support für die Erweiterung anbietet. Dies siehst Du in der grauen Infobox. Bitte bewerte in diesem Fall nicht einen fehlenden Support für das Produkt."

Mit "Fair play, please!" leiten wir unsere Erklärung ein, warum wir uns mit Beginn der Corona-Krise dafür entschlossen haben allen Händlern unsere Plugins zu schenken. Wir führen dann weiter aus: "Die Grenze liegt jedoch in unserer personellen Kapazität. Es wäre auch unseren Kunden gegenüber nicht fair, wenn die kostenlosen Plugins auch noch Dienstleistungen “for free” beinhalten würden. Das müssten unsere Kunden quer subventionieren und würden dies sicherlich nicht gut finden."

Die Aussage wir hätten keinen kostenpflichtigen Support angeboten ist übrigens nicht zutreffend.
